Waited 15 minutes for a Hot coffee just a few minutes ago. Worst drive thru service ever

I just left this drive-​thru. I ordered a large iced coffee with easy milk. Pretty easy right? When I got to the window the worker started to hand me a warm coffee. I politely told her I ordered an iced coffee. She had one on hand. As she began to hand it to me I could tell it was cream not milk. I again politely told her I ordered it with milk. She left for a minute or so and came back with a new coffee. Or so I thought. As I drove away and put my straw in. I realized that was not the case! The worker had walked back acted like she did something and handed me the same coffee with creamer not milk in it. I can definitely tell it’s creamer because it’s vanilla flavored. This is completely unacceptable. My order takes 2 seconds to make…
