The customer service and accuracy of placed orders is really lacking at this location.

Not the best. Asked for decaf coffee, saw that she only filled it half way since that was all the decaf that was left, i thought she was going to brew a new one but I think she secretly filled it with caffeinated coffee. I didn’t see her fill it but for sure she didn’t brew a new one as she handed to me pretty quickly. This was for a friend and he is highly«allergic» to caffeine. End result, he couldn’t sleep for two days… Horrible. I usually watch them make the coffee closely to make sure it’s decaf but she went out of sight this time. And unfortunately it’s the time they filled it incorrectly.

In my opinion this DDSUCKS, I found a BABYROACH at the bottom of my Ice Coffee. How NASTY is that???

I liked coming here a few times a week for poor man’s Starbucks and free wi-fi. Today was a disaster which is killing my loyalty to Dunkin’ Donuts. The wi-fi was down which was not a big deal but the woman behind the counter was really rude. She was on the drive-thru headphones and was laughing loudly while standing in front of me. She clicked it off and her whole demeanor changed while she rang me up. Very passive aggressive rude. Will give my business somewhere else for some time. So, Dunkin Donuts, your employees are costing you money ! Refresher course in good customer service or slowly bleed profits. This is common sense business.

Dan is awesome. I screwed up my order and he changed it no questions asked. Thank you brother :)

A employee by the name of Dan refused service in the drive through refused because I was upset that he would not take an old dunkin Ice coffee cup and place it in the trash can behind him. I will not be back at this location as employees lack common sense, professionalism, any confidence what so ever.

This my favorite DD. I only order the Oreo iced coffee and this is the only location, that I have been to, that makes it exactly how I like it! I don’t have to add any sugar to it afterwards and it is always the right color, too. DD site says they’re open 24 hrs, but that is just the drive thru. The dining area is open until 11pm every day.

Drive thru is horrible! Employees are visibly arguing infront of customers. Waited too long for 1 drink. Employees are incompetence about their drinks they serve and their cash registers. DD need new leaders. I wouldn’t give a star if I could… just bad service.

This store is fine, product-wise, but the service is consistently slower that other dd’s in the area.

They need someone for drive thru. All three different workers responding are either not understanding in once, or give your order wrong. But hey, god bless franchises. At least they taste the same if they give your order right!

Since there are no Dunkin’ Donut location within a 50 mile radius where I live at in the bay area of California, I made it a point to eat at one when I went to Chicago. The donuts here are AMAZING! I cannot wait to try their other items on their menu!

I’m a Dunkin guy. This location is convenient, has a drive through and they’re efficient. What else can you expect? In the area and feeling too lazy to get out of the car– stop on by!

To the point– I ordered a vanilla shake(I don’t know if it came from the Baskin Robbins or the Dunkin Donuts but I don’t care). One word-SLOP! A $ 6.00 cup o’ slop. It was even warm. Have you ever had a warm milkshake? I made it about a block away at which point I pulled over and dumped the thing down the sewer. As I was driving away, I think I saw the sewer belch it back up to the street.

In my experience, this is an above-average location. It’s clean and well-stocked, my order is always correct, and they thankfully manage to not burn the coffee. It seems a bit silly to write a review for a DD, but I simply must give credit to the employees. Not only are they always friendly and highly competent, but they exercise great patience with the unsavory drug-addled characters who wander in there. Sure, I’ve seen them call the cops a few times, but wouldn’t you, considering?

Nice good sized location, plenty of space to dine in if you choose to, they also have parking and a drive-thru service, clean and friendly ^^

Ew, the flies story from ’09 is gross, but I haven’t witnessed anything too grubby in the last 6 months that I’ve been stopping in here. This is me and my fiancé’s go-to drivethrough for coffee. Not that our order is ever very hard, but it’s right every time. The drive through staff always seems to be nice and almost happy to be there… Two small coffees with two creams, one strawberry donut and one boston cream. Freaking delicious.

Every time I go here my order comes to me wrong. Mind you, these are mostly orders for one cup of coffee. When the order is read back to me, it’s correct. When it comes to me, it’s not. I’ve been given caffeinated coffee when I asked for decaf(I’m ridiculously sensitive to caffeine, I can tell) no sugar, extra sugar, extra cream… Today they’re serving up cream with a splash of coffee and a cup of sugar. No, I want a cup of coffee with a splash of cream and sugar! I don’t think I’m being too demanding when I say these orders are entirely uncomplicated… Im throwing you them extra star for the drive thru guy that said, «thank you, come again!»

All I have to say is this is the best Dunkin’ Donuts! And trust me, I know, I’ve been to a DD where they literally«had no donuts»… «what? no donuts…» «no, no donuts»… !!! Seems like they have been under new management lately? Either way, everyone who works there is really friendly and it’s fast… and they have to deal with the crazy people of Uptown, which is not always easy. And, it’s even landscaped well. This spring I noticed the whole property was surrounded by beautiful forsythia bushes, and I was like, whaaa? Crazy! So yeah, it may just be the addiction talking, but I love this Dunkin Donuts…

Though I did later find out this location was 24/7, I sadly no longer can trust this one, after this publicized fly infestation: Please open a north side branch, Old Fashioned Donuts! I’ll camp out and be the person in line, if you ever open up somewhere north…
