I have been referring Al Dynia to my real estate clients for nearly 9 years. He understands the real estate business, both from a legal and accounting standpoint, like nobody I’ve ever met. Since he is a CPA and an attorney, he brings issues to light that others might either be reluctant to do, or would simply defer to a clients accountant. I love this about him. We’ve done tons of short sales together; he’s been my personal attorney on deals; and has done my tax returns in the past. He’s a good-​hearted family person, and someone worth doing business with.

Beata Valente represented me on the closing of my River North condo that closed today. She is without a doubt the most attentive attorney I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the transaction and by far the best communicator I know. She always finds the time to answer any questions that arise and remains professional with all parties, but shows her human side as well with a smile or comment meant to diffuse difficult situations of which she is quite adept. I cannot recommend her enough. She has a fantastic team to support her efforts as well, you will always be made to feel like you are important, no question too small or unimportant for her to answer. Beata will go above and beyond, and you don’t have to ask, that’s just her style.
