We engaged ePageCity in helping us overhaul our existing website which looked like it was from the 1990s. They sat us down and showed us examples of other sites they have worked on, and gave us ideas for how to best improve our site.
The turnaround time was quick and if we needed something done same day, they would take care of, usually for a very small fee. We have received great reviews of our website since it has gone live and appreciate the customer service they have provided our company.

I’ve had a good experience with epagecity. First off let me say that I would use them again. The staff have been professional, the website is stellar and me being able to control SEO is great! I also like being able to control the majority of text and photos on my website. They taught me how to do it and it’s real simple for a beginner like me. Now I edit, add, delete like a pro and almost never needed assistance from them.
If I have criticism it would be the additional costs after the website was finished when I gave the approval that it’s finished. I paid $ 500 for a «Google Translator» add on extra. My friend who makes websites said it’s a simple copy/​paste of coding. He could have done it in two minutes. Also the translator’s are really off in each language. When I said people can’t understand them they didn’t take it down and refund me, they pretty much said «once it’s done it’s done.» I also had few other simple things added and changed. Each cost around $ 500. They will charge a huge markup for a simple job after you give approval when the website is finished. So make sure that If you want to change anything on the site you don’t have authority to, it will cost hundreds to do so for really quick and simple issues.

Chicago Women in Philanthropy (
) decided to use Epagecity to design our new website after carefully reviewing other options. We ended up picking Epagecity because of the high quality of customer service other clients had experienced, and because of the very user friendly Content Management System they have. We knew that they would do great design (somewhat confined to set templates), but the more important quality they provide that was the deciding factor for us was ease of use.
As a nonprofit which relies on volunteers, we needed a hassle free website that would be easy for non-​techy people to add new events, photos, articles and make other changes. The Content Management System definitely allows us to do this. We also liked that the set-​up was modules that they have designed over time and refined from working with hundreds of clients. We can use as many modules that fit in our current budget, and gradually add more features to the website when we can afford them.
We’ve gotten rave reviews from our new website, and are very pleased with the services provided by Epagecity. Since launching the website, we’ve had excellent customer service from them — you can tell that by serving so many nonprofits and businesses they understand client needs and how to address them.

We came across epage city (Denver branch) through a reference and it has been the best investment. We were in a real pinch with our previous company, Matt and his team from epage really came the rescue. From day one I was able to meet with an actual person and discuss the scope of our project. They were able to tailor our site and produce a fantastic solution. If you can use a word processor you can manage your own site with their content manager-​VERY EASY. We have been using ePageCity since 2004 and have recently relaunched our website based upon new technologies and a shift in our business model. We could not be more pleased with the new design and results thus far. Their customer service is A+. They created an easy to use CMS (Content Management System) that we update on our own constantly. It’s extremely simple to use and most importantly, our ecommerce sales have increased tremendously. They are affordable, professional, experienced, dependable and do a great job.

When you have them design a website for you, if you don’t already have a domain name in advance they own your domain name and you have to pay additional fees to have it transferred to you in the event you have another company host your site. They claimed in writing they would let me transfer the webpage which they designed and asked for nameservers which i emailed to them twice. They said they would not authorize the website transfer to another company unless they had it in writing and signed by mail and/​or fax. Their fax number was a 800 number that from my personal experience would not receive transmissions and would always have a busy dial tone and needless to say the website was gone or lost. They made no effort to contact me about the website they designed and left me with a blank website once I went to another company to host it.
