History

Established in 1992.

Founded by James Erwin, the firm’s primary areas of focus have consistently remained on real estate and corporate representation. The firm’s strength comes from its ardently guarded philosophy that we must treat our clients with fairness, care and sincerity first. Quality professional representation, we believe, will and does naturally follow when those principles are combined with the expertise of our lawyers.

Over the years, the firm has evolved into a firm uniquely capable of and experienced in handling both the transactional and litigational aspects of both real estate and business matters. Coupled with several cost-saving plans we offer our clients, this gives many of our clients a competitive advantage.
