History

Established in 2007.

Founded in 2007 by two veteran Chicago builders, Fargo Corporation began building single family luxury homes on Chicago’s Far North Side before moving back to their core of mixed residential and commercial properties.

Fargo has since expanded to to a full-​range of services including asset management, property management, and REO.
