I ran into their stall at the Square Roots festival in Lincoln Square; apparently they pop up at various farmers markets and street festivals but don’t have a brick-and-mortar establishment. They had 4 vegan«meat» options(they make their own«meats»), and I really liked their Italian dog with pesto giardiniera. Pricy at $ 9 per dog, but that’s festival pricing for you. So glad to have vegetarian options at street festivals!

Freakin love the meats and sauces. I’ve been a vegetarian for a decade and have tasted a wide variety of meat substitutes and vegan cheeses. This company has it down! I ljust moved to the west coast and it is worth shipping these goodies cuz I’ve never found anything that measures up to the quality! My favs are the vegan ham and corned beef and both the gooda chz(awesome with macaroni) and the not-cho-chz(awesome on everything, especially enchiladas). I think I’ve had all the products so far and I’ve been happy with everything I’ve purchased… I love having ketchup and BBQ sauce in my fridge that has only a few ingredients in them! And they taste amazing too boot. I’m a huge fan and I hope this place takes off(but not too big where they sell off, which happens too often to good small businesses). Feed ur head folks!

This is a maker of delicious vegan meats, sausages, and sauces that sells at local farmer’s markets. Their products are also found at Growling Rabbit, Plenty Grocery and Deli, The Atlantic Bar and Grill. Most exciting, atleast for me and any other vegans of Irish descent, they have vegan corned beef! And it actually tastes very good! To my knowledge there is no other vegan corned beef out there, and the recipes I’ve tried were horrible, so this is a great find. I tried a few of the offerings at a recent market, and liked each one. Try the Not-cho cheeze sauce.
