Shout-​out to the lightening-​fast speed at which Jon Ralis took care of my Audi Q5.
I drove in, without an appointment, and walked up to his desk in the service department. He immediately looked up my vehicle online and walked out with me to view the warning light. In one swift motion, he popped the hood of my car, grabbed a quart of oil and proceeded fill up my oil tank. I did not need to fill out any paper work or wait at all! In less than 5 minutes, Jon was graciously making sure the sidewalk was clear as I pulled away with a happy oil tank and as a happy customer. Thank you, Jon, for making this an effortless part of my day!

Had an awful experience here. Bought a used car, on the way home, discovered radio would not come on. Then discovered trunk had a leak when it rained that night. Brought it back next day. They basicly told me tough luck, it’s your problem now. Took it to McGrath Accura, and they fixed it for free. I didn’t buy it there, but they fixed the radio by entering a code to reset it. It was a minor technical problem that Fletcher Jones was not even willing to try to fix. If they just tried to fix it, the good will gesture would have gone a long way with me, instead they told me to «hit the bricks, chump, it’s not our problem» you signed the as is papers. Disgusted with the lack of integrity they showed, will never go back. McGrath Accura is now my go to place. Flether Jones is run by crooks with no scruples!

love love love my Q5, I would highly recommend it… just don’t but it at Fletcher… the service is lousy. Although I could have purchased it cheaper at another dealer, I bought it at Fletcher as it’s close to me home and I was offered free car washes. Yay for free car washes! But soon purchasing my car, I was told that the service was no longer offered. I did talk to a service manager who have me a card to show that would allow me free washes… which was great. I go there maybe once a monh for a wash (really more like once every other month), always get pushback from the service guys even with the card I have, and every wash is worse is than the previous one. Look, I’m not expecting car detail quality… but would expect the crumbs on my consol to be vacummed and not to have water smudges on the inside windshield. Maybe I’m paranoid… but I believe they intentionally provide lousy washes so I won’t come back for more washes. Won’t work with me… I will keep coming back for my free washes, I just won’t be buying my next car from Fletcher.

Andrew and Tony Prusak in service are the best! My wife got a flat on her new Q7 so I brought it in for the repair and regular maintenance. First class greeting by Andrew the Service Manager. Set me up with a new loaner and I was in and out. I’m sure glad I bought the tire insurance because it all went smooth as silk. Great communication also. My new tire wasn’t in stock but they got it in the next day. Brand new tire, brand new spare and everything put back in place where it belongs. Oil change and scheduled maintenance also done in time for us to have the car back for our annual Christmas break skiing trip. Thanks guys! Excellent work as always!

Back in September I bought an Audi A4. Everything was fine my sales person did good and they were going to fix a small dent some scuff marks and an extra key. So after a few days I had my appointment and took my A4 in. Service said it would take 2 days but this is where all hell broke lose. 2 days turned into 4. 4 days turned into 8 days. They never fixed the scuff marks that’s why it took forever. Now the key part!!! Oh man they lost the key that the dealership had to make… My sales person never acknowledged me after all the problems when I took my car for service today 12/​12/​2015. Which is sad because after all the problems I had I was never compensated.

I always feel like I’m in good hands. And, when I thought I needed to pay for new tires I was told «not yet». I appreciate their honesty!

Mike Ludwig gave us outstanding sales service complete with driving out to our home in Oak Brook! Knowledgeable and motivated salesperson but also kind, which is a highly valued trait in sales but undervalued.

My wife and I bought a used 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Fletcher Jones and we had a wonderful experience. While Danielle was our point person, she was with a customer when we arrived, but she promptly set us up with her sales associate Brian who was amazing. After a quick spin around the block and a quick conversation between me and my wife, we both agreed that we wanted this car.
This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Brian was upfront … he showed me the invoice, explained that there was no wiggle room on the car due to how low it was priced, and told me that it was a take it or leave it deal. Knowing what this car goes for used, I didn’t argue with him. It was a straight forward sale. The best part is that he offered us $ 2000 for our trade-​in, which was not on site. The even better part is that Brian offered to come pick up our trade-​in so I did not have to drive back home and then back into the city with the car.
This was a great experience. I highly recommend working with them.

I had a relatively pleasant experience purchasing a used 2014 Mazda CX-​5 from this dealership last May. However, my experience after the fact when I had an issue wasn’t so great.
First off, Joe Dianca was my salesman and I liked him. He didn’t try any crazy tricks to upsell me on any stupid services or products or a different car. He knew that I knew I came in for a specific used vehicle. We also only had to haggle for about 5 minutes because my offer was fair and his counter-​offer was also fair. They agreed to fix a small dent/​scrape on the driver-​side rear door before I took ownership of the vehicle.
Now, during the negotiation process, I had pointed out a scuff/​gouge on the passenger front tire. I only do these things so I can legitimize my low offer on the vehicle. Moving forward, it ended up taking much longer to have my vehicle dropped off because they had gone out of the way to replace the tire in question. I never asked them to do this and, according to the owners manual in all-​caps lettering, never should only 1 tire be replaced on an AWD vehicle. I noticed a vibrating/​whirring noise at 30−40mph which was not there during my test drive.
Long story short… I came back with the car and they offered to bring it to a Mazda dealership for me. They brought it to Evanston Autobarn. Evanston Autobarn Mazda keeps it for a week then the service tech at Fletcher Jones calls me and says «they can’t find anything wrong with it.» We then went back and forth for a day or two; I was angry that they had done work that directly goes against manufacturer recommendations as stated in the owner’s manual, which could void my warranty and b) told me I basically either had to pick up the car and figure out the problem on my own or sell the car back to them.
Well it’s now August and I just had my car serviced twice at Wilkins Mazda in Elmhurst. They have replaced multiple axles, wheel bearings, and the transmission! This was all warranty-​covered thank God.
So I do not know who to blame or ridicule here… is it Fletcher Jones? Or is it Mazda Autobarn in Evanston? I am not sure what really went down because I never personally spoke with anyone from Evanston Autobarn…
Now, Fletcher Jones always did provide me with a real nice loaner vehicle while my car was in their custody. And the showroom is beautiful and high-​end looking. No one really breathes down your neck like a hawk and, like I said, my salesperson was a professional and never tried any funny-​business. I just think they should stick to selling new and used Audis. Do not let people come in to look at a newly-​stocked used vehicle if it hasn’t been inspected. I can guarantee this would not be the same story had I purchased an Audi from this dealership.
I would still buy from them but maybe only for a brand new Audi in the future.

I truly wish I could provide this establishment a five star review as Gerardo did a great job of taking care of my concerns with my vehicle; however, the great experience turned into a F*CKING disaster on 8÷29÷2015!!!
After I paid for the services done to my vehicle, I waited… and waited… did I mention waited? I WAITED 30+ MINUTES TO GET MY DAMN CAR!!! Three other customers came and went, yet there I was waiting!
I asked after a few minutes where my car was. I asked five different employees where my car was and none of them were able to bring me back my car! After about 15 minutes I asked to speak to a manager. It took approximately an additional 15 minutes to see my car!
Why did it take so long? A few responses I reviewed included:

The service at this dealership cost me 30 minutes of my F*CKING DAY! To simply pickup a vehicle, a service that should not take more than five minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!

I bought a used Audi from Autobarn Volkswagen in Evanston. After receiving terrible service from them, I skulked into Fletcher Jones, asking for help on some of the features of my Audi A4. Omar Ocasio, knowing I hadn’t bought the car from them, spent 15 minutes with me, solving my problems and making me a happy Audi owner. If quality employees who really care about their brand is what you are looking for, I think Omar, and Fletcher Jones are for you. I have used Fletcher Jones in the past for service and they are polite, professional, and extrememely efficient.

Overall: I’ve always had excellent experiences for repair service under warranty. I bought the car elsewhere out of state.
Repair Service: 4 stars. I have an Audi A4. I never had to return for a redo of repair service. My car did need a $ 10,000 engine rebuild (under warranty), and I was given a 3.2L A6 for a month, which was awesome.
Customer Service: 4 stars. Service employees were always happy to help. The only issue is they could use a receptionist since there were times when the service employees are busy with other customers. The shuttle is excellent and relatively on-​time considering they have to go across Chicago with traffic. The Free espresso machine is great. Free car wash and cleaning is excellent. I rated below 5 stars because they are pushy about asking for a perfect star on their internal review. I’m guessing their owner or Audi reviews their scores. It’s rude to ask a customer to rate you perfectly.
Prices: 2 stars. I generally only used them for warranty service which is of course free. The out of warranty service is extremely expensive. $ 110 for a synthetic oil change, which I can get elsewhere for $ 50. Also, the 55k mile maintenance is crazy high at $ 712 and you only get inspection, replace dust & pollen filter, oil change, air cleaner.

Bought a car from this place in the past, and the original sales team was fine, as was the service team throughout the years.
But haven’t had a great experience the last few times. On our most recent visit, the team was either indifferent or, in the case of Danielle, just outright rude and dismissive.
Hey, Danielle: Talking to someone like they’re five and/​or rolling your eyes **when the customer can see you** is not even remotely professional. How you are front and center to deal with the public to sell high-​end items like a $ 40,000k+ automobile — is beyond me.
Really, really done with this place. Never, ever again.
EDITED TO ADD: Went back to try one final time to deal with these folks, and had an equally bad experience. Customer service is nonexistent. Ask them anything and they act as if you asked them for a spare kidney.
So remember that Julia Roberts movie «Pretty Woman?» Remember that scene? You know which one, right? The one where she gets shady treatment at a store, and then goes back the next day with the goods she bought at the store that treated her well?

We did go shopping. And bought a car from someone who cared. AND spent more because of the quality of the experience AND the service (and the quality of the car).

Best car buying experience I’ve had yet! I was in the market for a used Q5. I was growing frustrated dealing with sleezy shady used car sales people, when I found one online at Fletcher and started dealing with Danielle via email. Her quick response time and friendly follow up, made me feel like I was always in the loop. The Q5 I had picked out had just came in on a trade, so I had to wait a day to schedule my test drive, I was disappointed that after their inspection I was told that the car had not met their standards and they couldn’t sell it to me.
I was actually on my way to another Audi dealer, to buy a different Q5, when Danielle reached out to me and told me she thought she could get me into a new Q5 and keep me around my same payment range. We turned the car around, got stuck in traffic, and walked in shortly before they closed at 8, and hashed out a deal over the next two hours. Danielle and the rest of their staff, despite working a long late night, were all very accommodating and patient even though they were only staying late for me. They even gave me a loaner that night so the car could be washed, waxed, and detailed in the AM, even though it was brand new! Beyond that, Fletcher Jones’ after-​the-​sale follow-​up has been top notch as well. I definitely know where I will be buying my next car.

Our Audi A5 had a problem with the convertible top so we brought it here. They gave us a loaner car after waiting for 1.5 hours which broke down half a mile from the store. We then were forced to wait another 2 hours for a tow truck to tow us back to the store a mile away! We could have pushed the car back faster.
Want to change my review. They were extremely helpful after and had great service.

Was solicited to come in and look at the audi q3, only to arrive and learn that they don’t have any in stock. As a further insult, my wife stood in the lobby for 5 minutes while I parked the car and didn’t receive any acknowledgment. Next day the same salesman tried to convince me to come back in… and he then admitted that they don’t have any Q3s. Bad form… bad form.
Bought a Q3 from Audi Exchange. Worth the ride… plenty of stock, and dealt with me fairly.

To whom it may concern,
When scheduling an appointment with a dealership you expect great service. Unfortunately that was not the case… But on the slight case you have a customer who has bought both BMW and Audi in Europe its a contrast to the brand and very disappointing. To be honest with a customer 5 min before they test drive a vehicle is due diligence.

These guys are great and always have been.
The staff is very knowledgeable and goes out of their way to make sure the customer has a good experience. I have been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so. Car service is top notch Gerrardo is who I usually work with and he is fantastic. I’d definitely recommend coming here for you next vehicle purchase and service.

My service agent was Tony, and he was great. helpful, knowledgeable and concerned.
Initially he asked what the concerns were, checked in the car. Received a loaner and on my way. He called to tell me that the needed to keep the car, and then called, and texted when the car was ready. I received an email with all repairs and invoice attached, as there was none, all covered by Audi. Thanks. Remarkable and low stress when dealing with Audi.

Among sales people I really like Tim E. Personable, pleasant, fun and interesting to talk to. Not pushy. Far away from «car salesperson» stereotype. kinda guy you’d enjoy having a beer with. Highly recommended.
