I’ve used the same accountant for the last 5 years. I didn’t make what I thought was enough to charge me $ 175 every time, and to make things worse not receive my returns until the late part of the summer. I knew it was time to change.
I just moved into the area so I wanted to find a local, accredited accountant since I had more deductions as well other factors to consider. This office had the best reviews by far. It is located in the back half of a mortgage office, but it is professional, clean and well organized. They offer drinks and snacks while you wait and politely greet you as well. They had multiple associates assisting with tax preparation, I personally worked with Sandra. She was nice, not very talkative, but I didn’t care as long as she did my taxes properly. This was my first time doing them without my mother’s assistance/​filing them for me. She answered all my questions and I got the biggest return I’ve ever received. Definitely will return to her next year :)

I looked up somewhere to do my taxes with great ratings and I found Flores and Associates. I’m so happy that I did! Albert helped us with our filing and I felt really confident in coming to the right place as soon as I saw his two degrees hanging on the wall. He was very fast and very precise and he ultimately got us the most amazing return my husband and I have ever gotten. Ever! My husband and I were a walk in and we were seated almost immediately. They even offer you snacks while you wait. So glad we found our go-​to place for tax filing after hopping around the past four years to see where we like best. Thank you guys!

So, I needed to find some real tax experts because TurboTax wasn’t cutting it anymore! My tax situation got a little complicated. So, I searched Unilocal for an area nearby and found this place. I called and someone picked up right away. They were able to see me that Saturday. Rosie (Rosario) handled our taxes and she was great. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing! I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend and they are definitely affordable as well!

I made an appointment to have my taxes prepared and expected to be in the office for more than an hour. Joel prepared my taxes and it took maybe at most a half an hour. He was progressional and knowledgable. He also tried to help me think of things I can claim on my taxes. Great service at a reasonable price. I will have my taxes done here, again, next year.

I usually do my own taxes with TurboTax but needed help this year due to an internship where no taxes where taken out. Joel was amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable. I noticed he had a degree in taxation from DePaul hanging in his office, and I could tell from all the information he gave me that he knew what he was doing.
The building looks like it’s in a mortgage company. A little dim from the outside, but his office inside is brightly lit. Parking is available in the back of the building. He constantly asked me questions to make sure I was following what he was doing. In the end he completely maximized my tax return!
I’m glad to have found him on Unilocal,and I will now go to him for all my future tax services needs!
Note on hours: he is available much later than what is listed, I’m guessing due to the increased business during tax season. My appointment was made next day at 8:00 PM, which was perfect since I work a 9 – 5.

Met him two years ago through a friend’s referral. Excellent tax services and very professional. Willing to work with you if you are low in cash.
Recently married and I convinced my husband to go with him for Tax services even if he’s in Chicago and we live in Aurora. He’s even willing to work with you via e-​mail — you just need to come in for signatures.
Very knowledgeable, as to he caught a few crucial things on my husband’s previous IL income tax forms that only an experience person would know. He got us $ 600 back. If he didn’t tell us this — we would of been clueless that my husband over paid in IL tax.
Highly recommend him.
