These people are fantastic tech support for home computers and small businesses from my experience. I’ve used them for the past several years and I couldn’t be happier. They’ve fixed every problem I’ve had, whether on-​site at my home office or on rare occasion having them bring my systems in for repair or technical support. Ti, who I’ve had work on my machines every time, is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, and has a lot of real-​world experience with what actually works in practice as opposed to tech-​support «theory.»
They’re easy to get appointments with, will often make priority housecalls if a slot in their schedules open up, and also very important is that they’re extremely reasonable in price – the lowest hourly rate and housecall service price I’ve found of any tech support company in Chicago that’s worth hiring. I even had an emergency on a Saturday night, which is when they are usually closed, but Ti answered and came over early Sunday morning and spent the entire day hashing out my annoyingly complicated issue. Money very well spent!
I’d recommend them to anyone, and I’ve passed out a few dozen of their business cards to friends and colleagues who need computer repair and tech support. I can’t give a higher rating than that.

My computer was dying. Ti came over the day after I called and pointed out where the problem was. We were lucky to be able to do data recovery from the hard drive. He was also very helpful with recommendations for a new machine.
His partner (sister?) was great on the phone – very polite, accommodating and very friendly, helpful and professional in the shop.
I’d much rather pay these guys to take care of my techno needs rather than a large box shop.

WOW! Finally an honest, reliable and competent technical support company in the Lakeview/​Lincoln Park area. Skip the big box store associated services. This is a family owned business. Called on a Sunday, made time for me on Monday. Cleaned up an old desktop that is dying and a fairly new laptop. Both had viruses and were extremely slow. A couple of quick fixes helped one but then Ti, the technician, took the computer apart and showed me how it was slowly disintegrating. We talked about the cost to repair versus a new or refurbished computer. He had a much more powerful refurbished model in stock for less than the cost of a new one. He is delivering the new computer, setting it up with Office and cleaning up a problem with a printer. Much better than being oversold at a big box store.
Honest, sincere, pleasant to deal with, patient with my ton of questions, on time and trustworthy. I highly recommend Geeks ²⁴⁄₇ without reservation.
I will be using him again when I upgrade to a smart TV.
If you are over 40 and have joked that you need someone young to help you with your technical needs, Ti is your guy!

I highly recommend this Brother and Sister Team! Fast, quality repair to your computer. You can always find parking right on the street or they make house calls. Have used them numerous times to fix my lap top or install my new wireless printer at home. Priced reasonably and trust worthy!!.
