Specialties
We specialize in indoor cycling and rowing classes!
Our classes incorporate strength training using weights, kettle bells and TRX!
History
Established in 2010.
GO Cycle is a creation inspired by Emmy’s enthusiasm for life, and the classes embody Emmy’s signature brand of cycling: a no-judgment zone of adrenaline-filled classes with upbeat music guaranteed to inspire you to push harder.
Want more than just cycling? Try our Combo classes: GO Pump, GO Sculpt. High-intensity interval training (HIIT) like indoor cycling is one of the most effective workouts possible. Resistance training intervals offer even more cardio benefits while boosting your afterburn, the calorie-torching metabolism boost that lasts long after your workout! You’ll never need your old gym again; these combo classes will work you from the inside out.
Try our GO Row studio!
Come get your fill of high intensity intervals alternating between rowing and strength training to increase your cardio endurance, tone, strengthen and burn crazy calories! Wait until you try the amazing Water Rower.
No experience needed! We give lesson to all newbies.
Meet the Business Owner
Emmy R.
Business Owner
Emmy got her start in fitness as a student at Indiana University, where she was teaching aerobics for fun. After college, fitness became her passion, and she began teaching at Chicagoland area gyms and also spent time helping guests stay fit at the Canyon Ranch in Tucson, Arizona.
Upon her return to the Midwest, Emmy settled down at Chicago’s renowned East Bank Club. At East Bank, Emmy taught all of the latest workout fads, including aerobics, step and slide; you name it, she taught it! When spin came to East Bank, Emmy led classes on a regular basis and quickly became one of the most sought-after and popular instructors (in fact, she was the only one able to fill an entire class!). She fell in love with spin because it’s always effective and challenging; no two classes are the same, so boredom is never an issue!
Emmy opened GO Cycle in 2010 to give her students high quality classes in a high tech environment.
