SCAM! Went there to park my car, parking lot was completely full, however no sign to say so. Turned around to exit but I was told that I have to pay $ 15! I was there less than 5min and now I have to pay $ 15. Tried to push the help button, but there was no help. Please be AWARE, this is a SCAM!!!

I’ve parked here off and on for years. More on now the past two years I’ve been a member of FFC as they provide two hours of free parking per validated ticket in this garage. It’s been uneventful. Drive in, park, pay and leave. There are a lot of huge concrete support beams so this garage is no friend to vehicles that are longer in length. Once you figure out the angles you’re fine. There are a fair amount of people that park here and do not have the art of parking within the lines mastered. When I’ve had issues getting out using the call button is hit or miss. You usually get a surly employee but they do what they can to speed the process up to get you out. Also, there is only one exit path so if someone’s stuck … Everyone is. Things to remember … If you are validating for two hours at FFC do not extend that by even one minute. The charge for parking that amount of time is then about $ 14. Don’t use the time on their ticket and compare to your phone or watch, their clock might be off. Set a timer on your cell phone for 1h 45min so you can be sure to be out by the 2h limit. Doesn’t hurt to swipe your ticket through the machine in the walk through area just to make sure you have no problems AND are paid up BEFORE trying to exit. Makes exiting that much quicker. As mentioned before, there is only one exit so if one person is stuck, everyone is stuck. There are no on site attendants here that I’ve seen for the past couple of years so anyone can walk in and hide anywhere. This is no different than many other parking garages I’ve used in the city. Haven’t had any problems but that’s a safety issue to keep in mind. Walk with your keys in hand to use as a weapon if you’re concerned.
