I have used on multiple flights out of necessity and the internet speed is so slow that it takes like 30 seconds to go to the next email in Gmail. Also, I canceled their service 13 days before renewal(I have the cancel email) and yet they still changed me renewal fee. Now I have to get my money refunded. Ugh.

I fly between 75,000 and 100,000 miles a year. Not as many miles as some, but many more miles than the average traveler. While in the air for hours at a time, I like to stay connected, not unlike the typical living, breathing human in 2015. So, enter Gogo. Gogo promises to connect travelers while flying. After having a Gogo account for over two years, I canceled. I found it nearly impossible to connect while flying. And when I did connect, it took way, way too long. Watching grass grow would have seemed faster. Oh, it is also way, way over priced! Unless it is absolutely critical, and you are willing to wait for pages to load slower than 1990s dial-up, avoid Gogo.
