Grace Murray – State Farm Insurance Agent

If I had a way to pick zero starts that’s what I would do.
I received the worst customer service from one of the agents at this office her name is SARAH. After inquiring about my identification card that I was missing (never received), I was treated with the least amount of respect possible. In the middle of the conversation I was told by SARAH that she will be happy to cancel my policy. When I did receive the identification card it was all incorrect, when I was reassured by SARAH it would have the right dates, unfortunately that was not true. I have spoken with the manager Grace Murray about the customer support issue and it seems to me this office only cares about the money they receive and not the customer.
I am happy to switch my policy to ALLSTATE, the customer service I received from that office was great and they reassured me issues like this would never happen with them. Again State Farm office, at least this one, and these employees do NOT care about the customers, especially an employee with the name Sarah and also Ms. Grace herself. STAY AWAY for Sure.

I switched to Grace about a year ago. She is knowledgeable about policies and has a lot of patience to answer your questions. Plus she is not pushy in any way. Her staff is friendly and professional. They process their paperwork promptly and get back to you the same day.
