History

Established in 2005.

When we created our agency concept, we not only drew from our experiences working in «the business» for the past decade, we also drew from our experiences as, well, people. With big agency, big brand experience under our collective belts, we bring our knowledge to bear in an enlivening small agency approach… where face-​to-​face interaction is emphasized whenever possible because even though we work primarily on the web, we are humans first.

The result — a laid back, yet professional firm that has pumped out engaging interactive and branding initiatives for local companies in the Chicago area as well as some of the most sought after international brands.

Emily and Kevin B.

Business Owner

As founder and creative director, Emily brings more than 12 years of creative design leadership to Grid Design Firm. Kevin came aboard a couple of years later and brought with him vast experience in managing online marketing campaigns on both a national and local level.

Together they are the Partners of the firm and lead a team of design and technology professionals, interested as much in providing great design and digital solutions as they are in providing outstanding client service.
