Grid Gallery

I have been working with these guys since October on a small project. Basically they are the worst customer service, took over $ 8,000.00 and never have completed one part of my project.
I think they are close to closing, so watch out!

Grid Gallery ruined my vintage couch by failing to reupholster it to specification and never finishing the job. I found out too late that Robin and Greg do not actually do the work themselves, but merely facilitate work completed by separate upholsterers who are left to make critical design decisions on their own, and there was much lost in translation. The cushions were completely different from the original vintage form, too big for the sofa, and covered with ink. Robin promised to replace them, in writing, but never did. I was charged $ 2600 for a virtually unusable piece of furniture, and lost my functional couch in the process. Additionally, they never initiated other design services for which I paid a 50% deposit of $ 965. After two and a half months, they finally wrote me a refund check that bounced, and for which I am still trying to collect the money months and months later. Robin Eck and Greg Aleem ripped me off, then packed up and moved their store never to be heard from again!
