This is the best place in the city of Chicago to get your taxes done. LouAnn Carlucci has done my taxes for years. LouAnn is always accurate, professionally and timely with my returns. I wouldn’t trust my information to anyone else. H & R Block is lucky to have LouAnn!

Why do I come back to this location year after year and even refer a good friend of mine too? It’s because of LouAnn! She’s been such a blessing in not only my income tax filing but my life. I trust her character and expertise. I appreciate her professional yet loving attitude. So, I don’t dread about tax filings thanks to her.

Horrible and unprofessional. I’ve actually been coming to this place because of its convenient location from where I live and for years I’ve been sorely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the management and staff.
H & R Block is the McDonald’s of tax preparation, and like McDonalds, some are worse than others. This South Loop H & R outpost is one of the worst of the lot. You get what you pay for — convenience of location notwithstanding, I will not patronize this establishment, or H & R Block again. Lesson (finally) learned.
