Disappointed with the appointment efficiency and customer service. I had a2:00 appointment, but have been waiting for over a half hour now to be seen (& the appointment is supposed to only be an hour). I understand running behind and have patience for that, but when someone walks in without an appointment and are directed back before me, that’s where I draw the line. I even explained that it didn’t matter who helped me before the other person was taken back. Apparently I should have just walked in since appointments mean nothing anyway.
