These guys are excellent! From my first call to them they were responsive, communicative and professional all the way from first call to install (yeah, I just made that up). Michael and Stefano knew exactly what they were doing, didn’t cut any corners and did a fantastic job hanging my 65″ television and sound bar. They made suggestions that were more aesthetically appealing than some of my ideas and were really there to do the job and do it right. Once all of the installation work was completed they cleaned up after themselves. The only sign that they were there was my equipment was now a part of my living room wall. Great service, professional team and a VERY fair price. I called around before using these guys and knew I was making the right choice by using them.

Amazing technicians that installed our huge tv and sound bar! They made everything wireless, and were so professional and knowledgable!!!
I would recommend them without a second thought!!! (In fact I have already).
Although the cost wasn’t cheap, it certainly wasn’t pricier then any other installers, and their work is Top Notch!!!

I recently had a tv mounted by Mike and Stefan and I cannot say enough about how great they were. Very knowledgable and professional. They even cleaned up and organized the mess of cables in our component cabinet. I will definitely use these guys again.

Great Service! These guys are the best. Super professional, courteous, and friendly. They quote a price and stick to it, regardless of how long the job takes. Their dedication to customers is beyond exemplary. But don’t take my word for it, just look at the before and after photos, and be sure to give them a call for your install.

Charles and Mike installed my 50 inch tv above my fireplace in February. They were very late for my appointment slot but I’m still giving 5 stars because I’m so happy with the way it turned out. See my photo.

Two stars for the service this company provided. The project was mounting a 42-​inch tv above a non-​functional fireplace, drywall and studs.
All in all, if you’re at home ALL THE TIME and have total flexibility and are ok spending some cash, I think HDInstalls does high quality work. But, that all comes at the expense of tolerating their poor customer service and questionable practices. See below.
Pro’s:
— By all accounts, they did high quality work. This was our first experience having a tv mounted, so we have nothing with which to compare their work, but aesthetically it looks good.
— The installers were friendly, seemingly worked quickly but intelligently (the install ended up being more complicated than anticipated because of the small amount of space between the brick, studs, and drywall).
— HDMI cable given on the house after discovering our cord wasn’t long enough to reach the cable box.
Con’s:
— Installers arrived 20 minutes after the time frame.
— After the install was complete (we thought) the installers asked us if the TV had wifi, to which we replied no, the internet was wired. To their surprise (this was how it was connected before they started), they said that they weren’t able to connect the tv to internet because our cat-​5 was too short. They explained we had to order a longer one and make another appointment, which they would do for free (which was nice of them). We scheduled an appointment for a week later between 7−9pm.
— Had to sweep and wipe down a bit after they left.
— At about 8pm on the appointment date (weeknight), the installers called they were running late and wouldn’t arrive until 10pm. We had to reschedule, as we’re asleep by then. Rescheduled for the following week between 11−1pm during my vacation.
— On day of the appointment, I reached out around 12:00pm and was told they were running late and wouldn’t arrive closer to 3pm. We had to reschedule as we had plans during that time. Finally, on the fourth try the installers arrived within the time frame.
— I had called HDInstalls after the third rescheduling to voice my concerns about the lateness and frustration having to continually reschedule. I was simply looking for an apology, but was given none. I was told two things: 1) because they were doing us a favor by coming out at all, they wouldn’t prioritize our appointment, and 2) the time frames they give customers are estimates. My feedback to them on these two points were as follows: 1) I don’t agree with this practice, but if this is how the company operates, then share that with the customer. What customer wants to know they aren’t a priority and so should be ok being at the mercy of the company? With this information up front, we may have decided to just go with another company who would prioritize us. 2) It’s my understanding that time frames are a strategy companies use to give their installers flexibility while maintaining a certain expectation with the customer. To me, if a time frame is flexible, then what’s the point of it at all? Why not just pick a time and tell the customer «you’re appointment is for 10am, but just be available all day because your appointment time is completely irrelevant.
— The installer broke our cat-​5 cable, and had to replace it with one in his truck.
— Their service was a bit pricier than others I researched, but we went with them because of their good reviews.

HD Install has great service !!! Charlie and Michael came to help on TV and sound bar wall mounting. They worked into detail to make sure TV was level correctly and connected to my 5.1 sound bar system. They also ran several tests on TV/​Subwoofer/​rear speakers to confirm everything was functioning. After that, they cleaned up all the dusts from my carpet. Thank you, Charlie and Mike !

I had Charles and Mike come install my 70 in tv on the wall at my new place today. They were very accommodating as my movers were running a bit late. Not only did they do a fantastic job they also helped hide the cable wires and installed all the devices I wanted hooked up to my tv.

Michael is the best! Made an appointment and within a day they were in front of my door ready to install my new tv. Their customer service is outstanding! Installation was quick and very professional. My TV looks great on my wall! I will be calling them again very soon.

I found this place through searching Unilocal and chose them because of all of the reviews here — they lived up to them for sure.
Michael and Stefan came to install a 60″ LCD above our living room fireplace and a 32″ LCD in our bedroom on ¹¹⁄₁₄. They were on time and got the work done! Bedroom was simple but the living room was a bit tricky due to difficulty in snaking so many wires through the wall. They eventually were able to get it through and it came out beautifully! Five stars for going above and beyond, including taking apart my bracket and customizing it to work with our setup. Great job guys and thank you.

I had Stefan and Michael in today to install a TV monitor in our office conference room. We ordered the service to be completed through Amazon Home Services and I am incredibly thankful that it turned out the way it did! These two guys came in, were friendly, quick, and professional. They made sure to ask where I wanted the monitor to be located («is it important to be centered with the conference table or the credenza?), how high would we prefer it to be mounted, how do you want the cables set up, etc.
They made quick work about the set up and actual install. The mounting job looks amazing and very much more professional than it did sitting on top of the credenza in its TV stand. Once their work was done, they asked if I wanted to inspect their work. Everything checked out. They even showed me how to use the «blue paws» to pop the TV out if we ever needed to.
There couldn’t have been two nicer, friendlier, more efficient gentleman that came to install our TV today. I’m so thankful that the Amazon Home Services worked out this well!
Shout out to the woman (I think her name is Monique?) who fielded my questions when I called her at HD Installs to reschedule our first scheduled appointment. They didn’t know that we were a place of business, so when I let her know that an install after 5 PM on a weekday, nor would a weekend install be acceptable, she was very flexible and accommodating. She even called again this morning to confirm that the install was going to happen. She is the sweetest, seriously.

I shopped around for someone to mount my tv and do the wiring. First company cancelled on me after making me wait on them all day, thankfully, I found HDINSTALLS after a friend referred them to me. I called spoke with Mike, they were able to come same day. They quoted me over the phone and when they came they actually honored the quote they gave me over the phone. They did the job very efficiently and it looks amazing. I would definitely use them again if I ever need a tv mounted. Very happy with their work

I had to update my review because damit because I felt like it. I moved into a new condo and didn’t even hesitate calling these guys! When i moved in and looked at my TV I called HDinstalls without hesitation! They flawlessly installed a 70″ tv of mine last year, which btw I’ve received millions of great comments on!!!
Again, they showed up on time and got the job done. These guys don’t waste your time with stupid unnecessary small talk LOL they come in and literally get the job done right away. These guys have x-​ray vision LOL they are human stud finders! My Tv looks amazing on my wall! Their prices are amazing and by me actually updating my review should let you know that they do quality work! I usually don’t waste my time coming back and writing another review.
If you want a flawless install of your TV call these guys! You will not be disappointed.

Alright, so now I kind of feel bad about my original review… not only did they contact me immediately after posting my initial review to see what they could do, they came out to make it right and were extremely nice about it.
The TV looks great and the whole team at HD Installs took great care to make sure that the job was done right. including several trips back to make sure the paint blended perfectly.
We’ll call my initial experience a fluke. it happens to the best of us. I have great respect for companies that care enough about their product/​service to make it right. And they did more than make it right. they made it perfect. Thanks guys!

Before I call a business, I check Unilocal!
I called HD Installs and they returned my call less than 24 hours later.
Someone came out to my office right away. The gentleman told me I should receive a few estimates by email within 48 hours. The next day I received 3 estimates. I choose the one that fit our needs and budget. We then scheduled a time for the install. That day arrived and the gentleman came around the time we agreed to. Two gentleman got to work right away. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. After the install they explained how to use the DVR and told us that if we needed anything we could call them.
That was about a month ago. So far, so good.
Now, I am going to call them for home. Thanks HD Installs!

These guys are great. They were a little late but very busy… so that’s a good thing, their services are in need. We have an old home so we were told that plaster isn’t a good material for mounting our new awesome curved UHD TV but after a moment to check it all out, they knew they could make it happen. And they did. So we are now cozily watching the Bulls play the Rockets with great satisfaction! Thanks guys!
