Head 2 Toe is an on — site mobile spa offering nail, face, and body services that uphold a strong sense of environmental responsibility. These services are perfectly crafted for the eco-​conscious consumer and are 100% customizable.

All of our body products are hand made using raw food ingredients, fruit and vegetable extracts, and essential oils. The menu is priced a la carte style in order to accommodate preference, lifestyle, budget, or allergy.

We are also strongly dedicated to pampering our Eco-​conscious beauties by transforming any place into the spa! Choose the place, guests, and services — we will take care of the rest.

History

Established in 2006.

Once upon a time, nail technician Jenny Perillo started pampering friends and stay-​at-​home moms who needed a little TLC but couldn’t find the time to leave their home. After working in salons that didn’t fit her party-​girl, tree-​hugging attitude and dedication to provide clients with quality spa services, she decided to harness her super powers for the greater good.

Since 2006, Head 2 Toe has expanded to operate with business offices in Chicago and Naperville, IL, a full staff of professionally licensed technicians, and a service menu that includes manicure, pedicure, facial, make up, hair and massage services. By offering Organic and Vegan beauty services that are safe for clients, and the environment, H2T is able to remain conscious of their environmental impact at all times. While it has been challenging, our mission goes further than just «being green». We strive to educate consumers about the importance of chemical-​free beauty and developing a more sustainable community.

After a relatively low-​key pregnancy, I was put on hospital bed rest with about 5 weeks to go. Of course there were a million things we planned to get done before baby (crib, changing table, car seat installation, etc.) but the one thing I knew I wanted for myself was a mani/​pedi, and I thought I had plenty of time. So I wondered from my hospital bed if there were people who might come to you and provide such services… and I found Head 2 Toe. I really liked the fact that they use toxin-​free products since they would be coming into the hospital and others might be sensitive to strong smells and such. So I called, left a message, Jenny called me back and we made an appointment. And it was so wonderful. She uses locally-​sourced, all-​natural, great-​smelling scrubs, non-​toxic polishes and removers, and beyond that she gives a great mani/​pedi! So while I let it all hang out on the delivery table, at least I know I’ll have pretty toes. :) If you have a friend who goes on bed rest, this would be an amazing gift (just check to make sure that the hospital is OK with it, which Prentice was.)

I have seen Head 2 Toe at many events around the city and I have loved every manicure I received from them. This past weekend I had them at my house for a bachelorette party. They were very organized and were able to set up and tear down the spa in less than 5 minutes. They brought a large array of colors and were friendly and fun to all the guests. There were 14 of us and with only 4 people managed to do all the pedicures and manicures requested in 2 hours. Which is even more impressive because everyone had a lot to drink by the time the spa started and I’m sure we weren’t the most organized.
One of the other fantastic customer service points is that the owners always remember me. I’ve met them at 2 events as I said before, and at the second one they remembered me from the first and now 6 months later at this party they remember me and the bride. I am very impressed by that. I highly suggest them for any event. Reasonably priced, very nice, and eco-​friendly!

So this spa company really seems nice compared to some other mobile spa companies that I have experienced. They only get 3 stars because of the potential that they have, the nice concept of their company but their customer service could be way better.
First the website has no information on how to book an at home spa party so I had to call them. No one picked up so I left a message. I did not here back from them until a week and half later. I finally talked to Jenny, I was ready to book and pay on the phone right then and there but she said I had to wait because another lady called about the date I was interested in and did not know the time she wanted to book the party yet and she didn’t want to double book.
My thing is, she didn’t pay yet so therefore she didn’t book the date yet. Anyways, she asked me to email her with the services that my girls wanted for the party which I did, and it has been a few days and I have yet to hear from her. So I decided to call again today and yet again, no one answered the phone, so I left another message, but their voicemail also said that they will not be booking passed July 1st. I wanted to book for July 7th, you think Jenny would email me or call me to let me know that. So I have already booked a party at Abre nails, at least someone picked up the phone and talked to me right away.

Bliss. Pure and utter bliss. A mobile spa that comes to me with their eco-​friendly, toxin-​free, vegan products. Why didn’t anyone think of this before???
My friends surprised me with an amazing touch to my bachelorette party by having Head 2 Toe come to our place. My mani-​pedi (Cosmopolitan pedi and Cah-​fee mani) was fabulous, as was my friends’ mani-​pedis and best of all, our condo didn’t smell like the inside of a chemical salon. We smelled pure and natural. These ladies are also the real deal… they were very knowledgeable about chemicals like parabens and BPA’s and all the other ingredients that are in typical over-​the-​counter beauty products. I was really impressed with them and their prices are affordable, knowing especially that they’re using all organic, toxin-​free products.
Thanks for being a fantastic addition to my bachelorette party!

The best vegan spa ever and my greatest experience as a customer!
I am a huge fan of natural treatments and cosmetics. Hate all chemicalized beauty products and embrace companies like H2T who strive for healthiest service possible and take a great care for their customers.
Jenny, the owner is very passionate of what she does and I do appreciate all the healthy education I got for products, toxicity and of course the exceptional service!

Last night three of my girlfriends and I got pampered at an in-​home spa party courtesy of Head2Toe! We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our mani/​pedi party.
Owner, Jenny, and her technician showed up right on time and quite efficiently set-​up everything needed. I was amazed at how quickly they transformed my living room into a spa. We got to sit back on the couch, sip cocktails and enjoy fun conversation while getting our toes done. Then we moved on to the dining room table where we got our manicures.
Jenny and her assistant were hard-​working, but relaxed and fun, contributing to our girl-​talk, as they gave us top-​notch service. While our party was free (thanks to a contest I won!), our services (the basic mani/​pedi) were each valued at just $ 65. We were excited to learn that the minimum for an in-​home appointment is only $ 75! Jenny and her crew will definitely be hearing from us again!
We had so much fun last night, and I absolutely love the in-​home (or office or anywhere you want) spa concept. It’s a great idea for a bachelorette or bridal shower or a special treat for your employees. The best part is that it’s so relaxing to be at home where you can create any atmosphere you want. I have a feeling we’ll be having a lot more «girls nights IN» now!

I used Head2Toe Nail Spa for a Christmas party and it was a huge success thanks to Jenny. She did manicures for all of my guests and
it was so much fun. She brought all top of the line supplies and evryone loved their nails. I plan to do another spa party soon. Thanks Jenny for a job well done!
