Tetiana was so amazing! I got a facial and she’s so gentle and delicate. She took her time to make sure my skin was looking fabulous when I left. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! My friend referred me to Tetiana because she was as please as I was.

Love this place!!! Front desk Girls are always nice and ready to help! I had facial with Tetiana! She was so professional and fun to talk to! She really took her time to explain how to take care of my skin ! She did a great job, recommended a great product for my skin type! Highly recommend her as esthetician! Also love my manicures there with Vika or Ira!!!

Really like this place. Been there on Mothers day with group of friends. We all get a facials, my esthetician name was Tetiana. She recommend chemical peel for my skin needs and it was worth it. My skin look just perfect! She was really professional and knowledgeable.
Definitely would come back to see her again on regular basis.

I’m done giving this place a try!!! Their service is so inconsistent !!! I’ve had good and several times bad massage from their therapist. And also the messed up with their scheduling! I ever come over there just to find out that she doesn’t have me on the schedule! Not even apologize Nothing!!! I gave more chance to this place untill my last experience and I defenetly won’t be back!!!
I bought the meni&pedi plus 50minutes massage package back on April. i came there on time (April 18^th) and greeted nicely.
My nail technician did good job but my massage therapist was HORRIBLE! This isn’t my first massage and I know good and bad massage and I know the pressure that I like.
My therapist pick me up from the nails area and rushing me to the massage room. and of course after the massage, my nails were messed up.
During the massage she asked me about the pressure Preference and I let her know that I usually get Medium pressure. then she asked if I’m sure?
Also I let her know that I just want to focus on my back and she respond «you only have 50minute and you want extra attention?». And that’s very rude!!! She wasn’t even give me massage but it was more of hot towels rub.
I let the girl on the desk know that my experience was horrible and she said she will have her manager (Monica) call me the next day. but next day to the day I write my review on Unilocal none of them trying to contact me. i did contact them and ask for Monica but she wasn’t there at that time.
I’m done with heavenly Massage!!!

Just came back from my massage with Kasia (M-​T-​W) and had a 50 min Swedish massage. I went over my areas of special attention and what I needed and let her go and about 50 minutes later I woke up feeling like a new person! I’m jealous I didn’t get a groupon for this place but I was just visiting Chicago and it was only a few blocks from my hotel (The Public). The front desk lady didn’t seem like the friendliest of people and she was probably the same person who I booked my reservation with (4 hours earlier) so I knew I wasn’t going in for one of those deluxe spa treatment places. I was pleasantly surprised with how awesome my masseuse was. pretty sure I woke myself up snoring! That part of it was great. Can’t attest to how the steam shower is as I went with the hotel towel rinse but if I’m in the gold coast area again I would go here again as it was really affordable to the other locations in the area!

I love this place. Literally, the first massage place that made me feel so relaxed I (unintentionally) fell asleep! The massage therapists here are SO professional, and the Groupons this place occassionally offers (as well as the website specials) nudges it ahead of a similar chain-​spa or like, like Massage Envy.
I love that they’re open late, and the steam shower at the very end is like a cherry on top!

I love this place and have been going here for years! I’ll be out of the country for a few months so I wanted to write a review to show my appreciation for this day spa. I have been seeing Gemma here the last few years and she is AMAZING! Not only is she sweet as pie, but she gives the best massage I have ever had in my life. I have a bad back and I leave there feeling completely rejuvenated. All the staff members at HM are very kind. I highly recommend!

Marta and Kasia are both amazing. It is always such a relaxing experience at a price you can’t beat. I prefer heavenly over most of the spas in Gold Coast/​surrounding areas. I’d recommend requesting a heated table or a space heater as it can get chilly in the winter.

It’s been a while, but I can tell by some of the other reviews that this place hasn’t changed. I am not new to massage but I’d just like to say that I did not care for the place. Perhaps the groupon had something to do with the way I was treated. But, from what I observed, it was more about the fact that this place is very unprofessional from the very unimpressive massage to the male client, walking in harrassing the desk clerk like sexual harassment at work. Go somewhere else. This was not a massage, I would not even take it for free, a big waste of money, too expensive even for a groupon. I’ve had better massages for free!!! Never have this service without checking out the reviews for a place. I am appalled to read other people actually got injured!!!

This place is top notch!
In terms of first impressions, I can only say extremely positive things about the ladies on the front desk (Monika particularly); they are amazingly organised, extremely professional, friendly, attentive, courteous and as customer focused as it gets.
The therapists are all excellent — it is clear that they are all very experienced and expert at their craft. I can honestly say that in the time that I have been going to Heavenly Massage, I have never had a bad experience. There is never an issue with the length of the session or usual niggles that you come across with some places.
The facilities are immaculate and comfortable; it is always nice to finish a therapy with a steam shower.
I am normally the fussy type, but, would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone that is looking for a great massage experience in a welcoming and friendly environment.

Great location to have a great massage, I almost missed it since the hallway was narrow and had to walk up a flight of stairs. Once up there, I saw a little lobby area with pitchers of iced water to hydrate you before a session. The receptionist was very polite and before I can finish taking off my jacket, my room was ready.
The massage therapist «Fanny» was very polite and asked how much pressure I wanted and in what areas. I went with hard which I later learned that hard was the «elbow» massage and mention to Fanny that «Medium» is preferred «Hand» massage.
Towards the end, she asked me if I wanted a steam or hot towel, I choose the steam and was told to head to a steam shower.
Overall I enjoyed my time with Heavenly Massage and will go there again.

I have gone here several times and have always had an enjoyable experience. Tiera and Laveese are both outstanding. The value here is amazing too. I tried another place in Chicago to see how it compares and paid double the price for a worse massage. It really showed me how great this place is in comparison. The front desk is very friendly, the massages and experience are both comfortable and their steam shower is a perfect way to end the visit.
I will be back soon!

Love manicures & pedicures by Vicka (sp) she is so lovely & does beautiful work.
The chairs have great massage features. I have also had my hair styled by Ina & she is beautiful, kind & an amazing hairdresser.
The front staff is always pleasant. I look forward to having some of the other services that are offered!

The best deep tissue I have had, and I have had a lot of them. Yufen is amazing, I highly recommend her. I went back again for a swedish massage and was lucky enough to get Yufen again, just as amazing.

I have been here multiple time for Swedish massages and plan to continue coming here in the future. Heavenly Massage is a clean and nice facility and has some extra touches that give it that Spa ambiance. The reception and spa staff are all friendly and do a great job. I recommend joining their e-​mail club for special deals which can help make services more affordable.

I went there a while ago and got a great manicure! The price was right and the service was great.

This review is just for the massage services, which I found outstanding. You never know what you’re going to get with a Groupon in places like this, so I went in managing my expectations. I got the $ 65 Groupon for a 90-​minute deep tissue massage with aromatherapy. I’m a runner whose IT bands are always screaming, so I’m always looking for good deals on massages. I couldn’t pass this one up.
I was paired with Kesha, a woman of Eastern European extraction who has been expertly trained. A lot of the time, women massage therapists rely too much on elbows, etc. because they don’t have the physical strength to apply the right kind of pressure. Kesha used great balance with this — she worked out sore areas and tight muscles I didn’t even know I had. After my time was up, I was begging for more! I also love the steam shower after the massage. It was just what I needed.
I was surprised that a place like this had no separate changing room. And honestly, I think their off-​Groupon prices are a bit high for what you get. It’s a nice place but it’s not really a «high-​end» spa. $ 65 was just about right for a 90-​minute deep tissue, based on the overall amenities. If they had another deal, I’d definitely go back and I’d request Kesha because she was awesome. My shoulders, back and now-​loose legs thank you very much!

MOST PAINFUL MASSAGE EVER!!!
Bed ridden today with aches all over my back so tender to the touch that when my boyfriend puts his hand on my back I shriek with pain!!!
Anyways, we had the 90 min groupon and I walked in there with no problem areas and walked out with little aches from all the weird elbowing she did into my back. We had Shela and Kristina I believe. As the day went on our pains started to get worse and I kept telling my boyfriend (it was his first massage) how sorry I am for trying to do something nice and it turned out to be completely horrible and painful for both of us. My back is a lot worse than his and It hurts to sit back, lay down, or even touch my back. When I expressed discomfort to my masseuse she kept whispering to just relax.
I wish I read Mark D. And Anne M.‘s reviews it seems like we all got effed over. STAY AWAY!!!

Don’t go here for a relaxing massage or if you want a good facial. I have never written a review before now but it was that bad. I had a manicure pedicure before my massage/​facial. The massage therapist brought me back to the room before my nails were dry. When I said I needed more time he acted annoyed. The massage was awful and awkward. Opposite of relaxing. When I would move around he got annoyed and asked if it was him making me uncomfortable, which it wasn’t till he said that and then yeah it was. He had no rhythm. It was bumpy and awkward and not the least bit relaxing. At the end he just sat with my head in his hands for 20 mins barely moving. Uncomfortable to say the least.
After my massage I told him I had a facial as well. He didn’t pick up the box they had me put my clothes in or escort me out. I had to carry the box out and then awkwardly stand there while figuring out where to go. Then I saw him after stumbling around and said where do I go. He replied «Uhhh back where you came from» — rude! He pointed me to a room where a girl greeted me. She wasn’t much better. The facial felt like it was 30 mins and it was not great. She barely extracted my skin. I have had facials before and my skin normally feels replenished. I could have done what she did.
There was absolutely no customer service. No one tried at all to make that a comforting experience. She abruptly ended the facial and just said — nice meeting you and walked away.
DO NOT go here if you want a nice relaxing day. Plenty of other great spas in the city!
