Attorney David Nightingale of Hinshaw & Culbertson prepared and filed an unsubstantiated Mechanics Lien against my property in the amount of $ 5849.20, at the direction of his client Wendy Santini — Owner of Wholesale Carpet Design, 195 N. Milwaukee Ave., Vernon Hills, Il 60061. The Mechanics Lien states that Wholesale Carpet Design never received any payment for my carpet job. The TRUTH is, my carpet job was PAIDINFULL to Wendy Santini of Wholesale Carpet Design upon installation completion on 5÷13÷14, per the contract agreement entered into with my salesperson. Attorney David Nightingale who prepared and filed the unsubstantiated Mechanics Lien, never requested any documentation from his client Wendy Santini, before preparing and filing the Mechanics Lien against my property, for funds already PAIDINFULL to Wendy Santini of Wholesale Carpet Design. Attorney David Nightingale then sent me a letter requesting payment or face the cost of litigation, eviction, or loss of my property.
