Established in 1952, International Meat Company is a third generation family owned and operated wholesale purveyor of quality meat products.

We specialize in Prime and Choice primal cuts, steak ready cuts and portion control meats such as beef, veal, lamb, and pork. We also offer our very own house brand of hamburger patties, ground beef, Italian sausage that are made fresh daily in our USDA certified plant. As well as providing «value-​added» marinated steak cuts.

What is the IMC Difference Simply put, we’re much more particular about what beef wears the International Meat’s name. Only one in five cattle qualify for USDA Choice Grade, and just two in 100 qualify for the USDA Prime Grade. We select only these grades to offer our customers.

What does that mean to you? With our Prime Difference, it’s all in the marbling. You’ll get the perfect blend of fine flecks of fat within lean meat, giving you beef that’s more tender, juicy and full of flavor.

And with our Midwest Advantage, we have access to some of the country’s finest local corn-​fed beef that creates a rich marbling.

Our experienced meat cutters hand-​trim and cut each selection with the greatest care. We vacuum pack your order to seal in freshness, color, and ultimate flavor
