Interrobang Theatre Project is dedicated to excellence in producing visceral, smart, substantial, and timely classic plays, rarely produced texts, and new American plays.

Located in Chicago, Interrobang Theatre Project’s productions are not recommended for audiences who prefer theatre to be benign or familiar.

History

Established in 2010.

2010 – 2011 Season: «A Number» by Caryl Churchill (staged reading); «Here Lies Henry by Daniel MacIvor. 2011 – 2012 Season: «The Argument» by Greg Moss; others TBD. Jeffry Stanton: Artistic Director; Greg Owen-​Boger: Managing Director; Joshua Grossman: Associate Artistic Director.

Meet the Manager

Jeffry S.

Manager

Jeffry Stanton, Artistic Director, received his BFA in Acting and MA in Theatre Education from Emerson College, and an MFA in Directing from Boston University. He is an Associate Member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers. Selected directing credits include: «Love War Death Life,» «I Am My Own Wife,» «1984,» «Pope Joan,» «Seventh Street Café,» «The Birthday Party,» «Iphigenia 2.0,» «One Flea Spare,» «Under Milk Wood,» «Machinal,» «A Midsummer Night’s Dream,» and «A Number.» Jeffry served as the Assistant Director on the Chicago Dramatists’ première of Will Cooper’s «Jade Heart» and has assisted on «Shining City,» «Somewhere in the Pacific,» «Brendan,» and «Every Boy Deserves Favour.»
