I hired Dominic and Irpino Real Estate because I wanted the best! Being a business owner I have to hire consultants and contractors all the time. In addition, I’ve bought and sold over 20 properties in the past 10 years. In my business and real estate deals somehow it has become acceptable to just be reliable, but for Dominic and Irpino Real Estate they were exponentially superior. The top 4% are mathematically 32X better than the rest. I ask questions until I’m convinced that I’m dealing with the top 4% and rest assured you can know you’re dealing with the top 4% and the best in the Real Estate Industry when your dealing with Dominic and Irpino Real Estate! If you’re not working with Irpino then you’ll always be wondering if you got the best deal!

We met Dominic through the construction side of his business which does amazing work. Besides being a tech savvy guy, he struck us as honest and trustworthy immediatly. He was the only contractor who didn’t turn us down because our job wasn’t tens of thousands of dollars. Instead he chose to build a relationship. After completing 2 small jobs for us we knew we would call him if we needed anything done in our home. HIs quality and attention to detail amazed us. When I mentioned that we were thinking of selling our house he smiled and told us that realty was his passion and his primary business. We knew we had to work with him because of the great work he did on our home and for taking the time to work with us when no one else would. We trusted that he would sell our house and guide us through the process. This was our first home and we had never sold before. He helped with our nerves and anxiety with respect and reassurance never once talking down to us or making us feel uncomfortable.
Dominic went above and beyond when it came to advertising our house. He knocked on doors around the neighborhood to get people talking about a house selling on their block to their friends who might be interested. Our neighbors had nothing but good things to say about him and the way he was selling our home. In the end it took about a month for us to be under contract. That was thanks to Dominic’s hard work.

It was great working with Dominic to buy our condo. We already had one place we liked when we first started to work with him but he was great about showing us a few other places to see options. Of course, there was some back and forth when we put in the offer but he kept us updated and gave great advice. We’ve been in our new place about 2 months now and couldn’t be happier. Anytime any of our friends so much as mentions they’re considering buying in the future we tell them to use Dominic. :) Would highly recommend him as your agent!

I am not sure to speak of Dominic as my realtor or as a new friend of the family, who happens to be an awesome realtor. I was a first-​time home buyer so I had no idea of what to expect. There was a point during my search where I was getting completely discouraged and was ready to just quit and continue renting for another year. Dominic, being the voice of reason and calm that he always is, called me immediately, met me after work on a Friday evening, and re-​strategized my search.
Dominic is a genuinely good person, whose passion for his business and people is clearly apparent in his personality. Dominic was very honest with me, in that, he was not very familiar with the neighborhood that I wanted to live in. So when we went to viewings, Dominic drove the surrounding areas and talked to neighbors in order to get a good feel of the area. Dominic did not pressure me into putting in an offer on a home that I and he did not feel was a good fit for me and my daughter. Dominic helped me find my ideal home and negotiated a price that I was absolutely pleased with. Mind you, my deal was not an easy deal to complete as it was a foreclosure, i.e. very slow process, not good for a person with little to no patience such as me. Nevertheless, Dominic contacted me daily with updates, even if it was just to say that he had not gotten any updates. Through Dominic’s tenacity the deal finally got cleared by the end of my rental lease, as he had promised.
I have to emphasize friend of the family because Dominic literally met my entire family and they all love him. Dominic understood that I was a first-​time home buyer and very family-​oriented, therefore, my family’s input was very important to me. He not only spoke to me but also my young daughter when we were at viewings. When I finally decided on a home, Dominic also accommodated this need by scheduling a viewing, so that, my parents, who live in another state, could see the home. In fact, my dad had gotten very sick shortly after I had put in an offer. This enabled me from being in Chicago for about a month, not good when trying to buy a home. Dominic told me to go home to be with my family and he would handle my deal and keep me updated. Once I received my closing date, I was afraid to go to the table without the support of my dad. My mom said, «If Dominic will be there, then you will be just fine.» She could not have been anymore right!

I second the motion of Greg S. J. regarding Dominic and the Irpino group experience. Not only did Dominic take the time to thoroughly understand what my husband and I were looking for in a property, but I felt that he took a personal interest in finding a home for us, not just a house. Once we did find a property to purchase, Dominic worked intimately with the seller’s realtor and advocated strongly for us every step of the way. He coached us through the mortgage process, reassured us, and routinely checked in with us through closing. By the end of our home-​buying process, we felt like family! I will continue to recommend Dominic and his company to my friends looking for a realtor.

Dominic was fantastic throughout the home search process. He really cares about his clients and takes time to make sure you understand all of the intricacies of a new home purchase. From starting to look through inventory to the closing he really made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends looking for a Realtor.
