Pros: *it’s recently renovated so the establishment appears clean and welcoming *chicken was cooked to order and hot&ready(rather than being left out waiting for someone to order it) Cons: *I’ve called twice to place an order and it hasn’t been ready upon arrival. In fact, they seemed to not register my ticket number. What’s the point in calling ahead if they don’t actually put your order in? I’m a patient lady, so it’s not the end of the world, but be prepared that this could happen *they used to do delivery(years ago). They no longer do

***** 5STARSFORLOCATIONONLY ***** This location has been under new management and I give the location upgrade and easy 5 stars, The old prison glass is gone and replace with an open concept and contemporary lighting. The chairs along the wall and the unsightly huge vending machines are gone and replaced with mahogany tables and chairs and faux stone walls in warm beige and brown, Very nicely done. I’ve added photos of the new location *** 3STARSFORTHEFOOD *** I can tell that the batter for the fish is different than the old owners. I never get the lemon pepper and I remember the fish being a little more flavorful. I ordered 2 catfish(fried hard) filet and 4 wings The batter on the filet did not adhere to the fish and both wings and fish were flavorless without the lemon pepper. The wings were not good quality like Harold’s. Both the filet and wings were a little greasy as well. I’ve had better food there so I will continue to go but they at least need to add salt and pepper to the food.
