These guys did a great job with my car! Wonderful customer service from everyone I encountered. Extremely clean and pleasant waiting room. I highly recommend using them for your auto body needs.

Unfortunately for me — after many years in automotive damage heaven (almost none) — I’ve had some dings over the past year or so (store parking lot shopping cart slash on the front hood of a VW Beetle; street hump bump damaging rear bumper; my own stupid curb scrape of the front left quarter underside; an open driver’s side door «sprung» while backing into a garage many years ago that started me visiting Jersey, etc). Each time I’ve visited this shop for these repairs I’ve had outstanding results. They’re more than fair about cost for excellent truly professional work. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to give advice and literally make free or low cost repairs for minor dings. Highly recommended.

Brought in my 2015 Corolla and I had a big bumper damage and took it in 5 – 6 days ago and I got it back today and they did an awesome job in the bumper… The first day they took the bumper out and saw other damages and immediately called us about it… which other places don’t call till the last second… Great job… Great timing cause other places say they will take a week and 10 days and they only took 5 – 6 days and did a great job…

If you need reputable, fast, honest body work, use these guys. Wow. They repair shoddy work done by another shop and didn’t over charge me. Thank you. You are the best.

I had a broken side mirror and small scratch on the side of my car that needed to be repaired in a matter of about 48 hours (my fault for leaving it to be fixed the days before I trade in my lease car, nothing like last minute!) and Chris and the guys at Jersey took great care of me! They had the necessary parts ordered and installed for me incredibly quickly – they even saved me some extra money by being able to buff out the scratch versus a paint job! They were fair, honest, and again so speedy! I will definitely be back for any future car issues – thanks to the State Farm auto repair center site, I’ve got myself a new auto shop! :)

A guy at Norm’s Auto (also great folks) told me to stop by here for a quick fix for my bumper. I scraped it against a wooden fence while backing out, and the piece that attached the corner of the bumper to the body broke off. So the bumper was sticking out a little. It’s not a huge deal, and it’s definitely not worth replacing the entire bumper. The people at Jersey said they could try screwing the bumper in, but said it was a temp fix and could break back off at any time (like if I drive over a bump too fast). Well, it beats buying a whole new bumper!
Right there, in a matter of minutes and for FREE, they fixed it for me. When I have a problem that needs body work, I will definitely return there!

I just picked up my car from Jersey Auto and it looks better than new! Jersey Auto made an otherwise stressful situation stress free. From Chris, who handled my claim, to the receptionist when I brought my car in, the staff at Jersey Auto was exceptional. They were both friendly and efficient and made me feel at ease. My car was promised a week from when I dropped it off and it was done on that date! When I saw the finished work, I was very pleased. The professionalism and pride in workmanship obviously extends back to the guys in the shop doing all the hard work. If I ever need body work on a vehicle again, I would definitely take my car back to them without hesitation. I highly recommend this shop!

When they say bad things happen in three, they weren’t kidding!!! I hit a pothole, got a flat tire and got caught in that hailstorm from hell. My poor car had dents all over, looking like a bad case of cellulite. I took my car into Jersey Auto and they had everything set to go. They answered my questions, had a rental place ready to pick me up and they even showed me some of their current work. I was impress with the work that was in the shop, so I trusted them enough and handed over the keys to my baby.
Three weeks later (and mind you this was during a holiday weekend) I got my baby back and she looked better than new! The dent removal was fantastic (thanks Mike!) and the paint job is incredible. I drove into work and everyone who suffered the same hail misfortune that I did, were awed and oohed by the fantastic work Jersey had done (it’s a Jersey thing I guess!)

Jersey fought for us!!! My husband got a flat tire on our VW Passat a week ago. He took it to a nearby tire shop and they told him the rear tires were shredding and the car was out of alignment. The next shop told us they couldn’t align our car because there was some damage (something was bent) and that until that was fixed they couldn’t do the alignment. About 8 months ago, this car was repaired by Gerber after being hit while parked (hit and run). Luckily we were able to track down the driver and his insurance paid for the damages. Well it turns out that the axel was bent (thanks Gerber!) and it is only because of Dave at Jersey that the guy’s insurance company is going to pay for it. A few hours after being told by the adjuster that there is no way they would pay because there is no proof that it was from the accident and a whole other list of BS reasons, the guy magically– because of Dave– changed his mind!!! Dave was honest and upfront with us and told us how to approach the situation, and stood beside us throughout and I truly believe if it weren’t for him taking the time and making such a strong statement, we would be hiring a lawyer. They have done some other minor bodywork for us before and I will never go anywhere else again!!!

Didn’t WANT to use them… actually I try to avoid auto work at all costs — that’s why I lease a new car every few years.
Unfortunately, the taxi that rammed me a few weeks ago had another plan. This guy hit me so hard — the auto shop found the his front license plate and BRACKET lodged in my carriage when they took my car apart.
My insurance sent me to Jersey, the owner called me a few hours after inspection to give me a time-​frame, and even emailed me pics just minutes after I requested them.
He called me today — one day before the estimated finish date — and I just picked my baby up. The Enterprise rental coordination was more frustrating than the auto shop.
Jersey made this too easy. I don’t ever want to have to use them again — but, if another taxi comes barreling out of nowhere — I’ll go back.

I had a fantastic experience with JA. My 2001 mazda protégé got rear-​ended pretty badly. The guys at JA repaired all the damage in excellent time and the car looks better than ever. They did a superb job, were incredibly easy to work with, and are all extremely nice people to boot. Thank you guys!

The hood of our 2008 Honda Odyssey was scratched and needed to be repainted. It was not an insurance repair, so we were looking for value and quality work. I got 3 separate estimates and these guys were not the cheapest, but right in the ballpark. Their final product was superb. The car was ready right as they promised and it looks like new. We will go back should we need any further body work.

I am a fan, but…
Ok, I will write why I am a fan because it’s best to do the positive first. Jersey does do great autobody work. A few weeks ago I had the lovely experience of having my NEW car sideswiped! Geez, my car was 3 months old and already hurt on the dangerous streets of Chicago. It was an unpleasant event, to say the least. I checked with my car dealer to see who they recommended and it was Jersey Automotive.
I did go one other place for an evaluation, but chose Jersey because Z Frank used them all of the time and I felt the place looked very clean and professional.
Again, the damaged parts to my car were fixed and look fabulous.
Now for the part that I am a bit peeved about: I had a few nicks on the back bumper from bad parkers and the Jersey folks said they’d touch the spots up for me. Did not happen. I have to go back to get this done and I am a busy person who uses her car constantly and this is majorly inconvenient. I am self-​employed, so I don’t get days off…
The second item really hissed me off — my interior had dirt marks and some tarry substance on the gear shift and the back seat had light spots on it. WTH??? I tried cleaning these areas myself and made one part worse. I finally got it all taken care of on my own, but this should never have happened to begin with — aren’t the interior parts all covered during body work and repairs???
So, if you need expert body work done on your vehicle, I recommend Jersey, just make sure you’re clear about interior protection.
