Bob, Mike, and Jim Haderlein are slum lords. My apartment at 3937 N Leavitt St has had a terrible roof leak, and leaky plumbing for over 9 months. I have asked the slum lords to make repairs, and they first agreed, but put it off for a eriod of 3 months. I decided to hold rent, and now I am being evicted.
I have a clean rental record at every other place that I work at, and these guys have decided to take it upon themselves to ruin my life. They know they must give me another place to live in order to repair the roof, and would rather evict me instead.
They call and threaten me, show up at my front door, enter without notice, and have brought guests into my unit without permission.
I encourage all future renters, and or prospective buyers of the property to stay away from this company. They are dangerous scam artists that will ruin your life in just a few months
