AMAZING WEDDING COORDINATORS!
My wife and I got married on 9÷4÷15 which was busy since it was labor day weekend. I speak for both my wife and I when we say that Akeshi and Brianne were amazing (as well as the rest of their team). Akeshi was able to visually capture and project the design and makeup of what my wife wanted in our wedding, including every single detail (we all know weddings are all about the details). We were fortunate to book Akeshi basically two years ago since we had a two year engagement, and it was the best decision we could have made since she is highly sought after and she books really quickly. She is very professional and knows how to make everything we had in our thoughts, become a reality.
As for Brianne, she was a godsend. She was constantly on top of everything, whether it was with our bridal party, family, and more importantly our vendors. The day of the wedding went better than imagined and it was honestly all thanks to Brianne. From being in constant communication with us and our vendors, to the actual day of the wedding where she worked tirelessly 5am-​2am next day (which is 21 HOURS!!!) I can not begin to imagine how stressful and overwhelming our wedding would have turned if it were not for her.
I can confidently say that KESH EVENTS are the best in the business. So if you are looking for the wedding of your dreams, along with it being the best day of your life, please make sure you book KESH EVENTS, and they will definitely make your dreams a reality! I know that sometimes, the brides, grooms, and family want to take it upon themselves to save some money by doing all the decorations and planning themselves, but please take my advice when I say that KESH was worth every penny (affordable for that matter). It is quite honestly one of, if not the most memorable day of your life, so if you want it to be perfect, go with KESH! Will definitely want to use them again in the future when we have anniversary events, etc.

I reviewed this company when it was at its previous location. I recently attended a wedding done by Kesh and an event at her new venue and was even more impressed than I was before. The owner of Kesh Events is pure class. You can sense her passion for the business and everything she has put into it to make it a success. I have never met someone who does so much and remains so well put together. From design, to florals, to event planning, she does it all! I cannot wait till I become the host and not the guest because she will be my person.

MAGICAL ROMANCE!!!
We all know planning a wedding can be very stressful. We work with Akeshi at Kesh Events for our lighting and décor for our wedding. The way we met Akeshi from Kesh event was very unconventional. We first met Akeshi about 2 years ago, while attending one of our good friend’s birthday party. Akeshi and her staff did the planning for the event. Fast forward 2 and half years later, my husband and I found ourselves planning for our dream wedding! Half way through the planning with our planner came the time to pick a lighting and décor vendor for the wedding. With numerous research done and countless lighting, flower and décor vendors that were presented, none of them fit our personality and taste we wanted. With our stress level amounting for not finding the right vendor while we were running out of time. One night my husband and I had a talk and thought maybe the reason we were frustrated and had not booked a lighting and décor vendor was because we didn’t know exactly what we wanted. At that point the lightbulb went on and we decided to go through our old photos and see if we can find a theme décor that we liked. That night we came across a photo of the décor that Kesh did at our friend’s birthday party and we quickly got excited and jumped on the phone to call our friend to get a hold of them. Our friend managed to arrange for us to meet Akeshi later on in the week at her office. During our first meeting with Akeshi, we were welcome with an exquisite professionalism! Before we started, Akeshi wanted to make sure we were relaxed and were in a celebratory mode like we should be! She did her research on us as well and knew what we liked. She had couple of our favorite treats available (Champagne and cup cakes) and as we begin talking to her, I realized how attentive, and poised she was on listening to our vision for the wedding. After we were done, my husband told her, well can you do all that we wanted within our budget? We all know every bride wants a luxurious wedding without the huge price tag. So, a day later, Akeshi was able to send us a quote of everything we wanted and without hesitation we decided to book her. Her price was very reasonable compared to most vendors we met. The reason we booked Akeshi out of the countless vendors we met, was her personality, her sense of attentiveness, her being able to listen to our vision, putting it into perspective and not shoving us her point of view like other vendors we met. Akeshi, not only went to the extra miles for us, she made sure we were not stress throughout the process. She was easy to work with when it came to contacting and email our planner and the venue representative. Couple days close to the wedding date, when she called me to finalized the décor, she realized I was stressed and quickly arranged for us to meet for dinner, which is something every bride needs when stressed, but from her bridesmaids! Akeshi didn’t have to do that, but this goes on to tell you that she cares about her clients! She would do anything to make sure her clients are satisfy! On the wedding day, we knew Akeshi will deliver but was completely blown out of our mind when we had our first look at the reception space completed by Akeshi. My husband and I couldn’t stop goshing on how beautiful and magical she made it! She nailed every inch and corner of the Waldorf Astoria Chicago’s ballroom! In fact, even the staffs of the hotel were in awe on how magical and romantic she transformed the space! Kesh Events is worth every penny! WE DEFINITELY WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND KESH EVENT!

Akeshi was the master planner at our wedding. She was very easy to talk to, it was easy to communicate my ideas to her and she understood my vision. As an event planner, she was very meticulous, detailed and followed through with all of the to-​dos for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she did such a great job of keeping everything together, of keeping everything moving according to schedule and even being instrumental in helping diffuse some tense situation lol. She is that wedding day rock that you need to lean on when everything seems to be falling apart.
As a decorator, she ensured that Most of our discussed details were accomplished and carried out. I got tons and tons of compliments on how beautiful our hall was. The entire wedding was a magical moment and I give Kesh Event the credit for that.

Akeshi was the best part of wedding planning for me! I met Akeshi and her staff at a Chicago wedding expo about 5 months before my wedding and even though I thought I had it all together I soon realized how much assistance I still needed. Akeshi quickly became familiar with my tastes and style for the big day and stepped in as if she’d been planning my wedding with me from the beginning. She found me all of my remaining vendors, attended my tasting with me and made sure no detail was forgotten. The day of my wedding was a breeze with everything falling into place. Akeshi and her staff were beyond organized and their attention to detail impressed me, a lawyer-​bride! Many times I felt like I was her only bride when I knew this was far from the case. She and her staff responded to all e-​mails, calls and texts in a prompt manner and wanted to make sure that I was happy every step of the way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kesh Event Production and would highly recommend her services to anyone and everyone!

Akeshi was my planner for my September 28, 2013 wedding at The Murphy Chicago. Interestingly, I retained her company 6 weeks before my event once I realized that I could not do it ALL on my own. From our initial meeting and throughout the whole process Akeshi was professional, enthusiastic, and extremely creative. I walked into her office with good ideas, but she was able to take my ideas to the next level and made them GREAT. She communicated with all of my vendors and became the central point of contact, this allowed me to relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding. My wedding day was stunning and went on without a hitch. Overall, the work that her and her team performed exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend Kesh Events and wish I could do it again just to work with Akeshi and the Kesh team.

Let my start by explaining that I am a perfectionist and the type of bride who loves spreadsheets and lists. Before I even met with any vendors, I had created charts of their services, pricing, and online reviews. So, when I sat down for my initial interviews with them, I wanted to be WOW’d. Akeshi and her talented team definitely have that WOW! factor.
Lists and spreadsheets are good and fine, but it’s the people who make our dreams come true… and the team at Kesh Events is simply amazing.
I discovered Kesh Events at a bridal expo in downtown Chicago. Their exhibit really took my breath away. When my fiancé, Larry, and I met with them for our initial consultation, we were so impressed. Akeshi literally sketched out my vision while I explained it to her, and it was everything I’d ever imagined.
Kesh Events has designed all the décor from the floral to the lighting and fabric, and it is absolutely fabulous. The team has helped with the vendor contracts, timeline and schedules, and they will be coordinating everything on the big day. They are making our vision come to life by focusing on the smallest of details and creatively accommodating our unique needs. Their level of dedication and positive relationships with Chicagoland vendors makes this level of service possible.
Not only has Akeshi and her team met our expectations, but they continually exceed them. Akeshi is always reaching out to make sure I’m following the timeline (and budget!), to make sure there’s nothing I need from her, and really just to catch up. She and her team genuinely care about their brides’ lives outside of the wedding, which is just so important.
I have recommended Kesh Events to several of my friends who are recently engaged. I am so happy that Kesh Events is intimately involved with so many aspects of my wedding.
