History

Established in 2008.

Kevin Van Eck moved to @properties from a small boutique brokerage in Chicago in late 2008. Kevin, along with business partner Kim Kerbis, has also founded the Lake Effect Real Estate group. Lake Effect provides full-​service, concierge-​style real estate consulting and sales.

The Lake Effect Real Estate group has the resources for all real estate transactions including existing condo and home sales, new development and land sales, distressed property sales, and buyer representation.

Kevin also has founded The Chicago Short Sale Team and manages Townhome Shop Chicago. Both provide extensive support and service to buyers and sellers interested in short sales or townhomes.

Kevin Van Eck and Lake Effect Real Estate have continued to grow their business based on exceptional results, incomparable service, and market knowledge in the areas in which they specialize.
