Kitchen & Bath 4 You

Don’t use this company. marcin the owner took a 10,000 dollar deposit from me for cabinets that he never ordered. Just wanted to tell me how Wealthy he is (like I care) of coarse would not answer my phone calls. took the Alderman to get my money returned to me. not to mention I had to reorder cabinets elsewhere which left me without a kitchen for 3 months.

This company took payment in full in exchange for 3 months of no delivery, few return phone calls or emails and absolutely no explanation. They did not even respond when we emailed to say that we refuted the credit card charges for lack of delivery. Our contractor demolished our bathroom in late May, based on their word that they had received everything and were ready for pickup. Shop elsewhere!

First, let me say that we didn’t end up buying from this company. The lead-​time was too long and our project couldn’t wait. My review is based on service. Magda was awesome! I would highly recommend starting with this company and using her to work with your scheme. We didn’t know where to begin. We went to the obvious places, home depot and such then our contractor told us to go here. Best first step! Magda produced 3D renderings and produced them many times as we kept realizing we liked something else or needed to tweak the space. Magda worked with us for quite some time, tweaking our drawings and answering questions… a good 2.5 weeks (via email and phone). I understand lead-​times b/​c I work in an industry where they apply so when we received a 4 – 6 week lead-​time I knew that wasn’t going to work for us. We called Magda and let her know that we went with someone else, she was so graceful with the news that we would ultimately not purchase product with her that I thought they deserved a 5 star review. They have a great show room to see all their products, just listen to their lead-​times and understand that that is out of their control and I think you will be happy with this company. You can’t hear a 4 – 6 week lead-​time and hope to have it in 4 weeks. You should expect 6 weeks to be fair. Good lucky shopping for your new kitchen and/​or bath. I know how tedious this task can be!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible company. Products not as promised at all, installation terrible, and delivery delayed over 3 months already…
