History

Established in 1996.

After working for a international consulting firm, I joined Leonard Whitcup to form the partnership of Whitcup & Kurczaba. The firm prospered until Leonard Whitcup’s death in 2008 when the name was changed to Kurczaba Law Offices, and then incorporated as a professional corporation, Kurczaba Law Offices, P.C. The firm opened a consultative office in Miami Florida to serve the needs of the large immigrant community in Miami.

Christopher K.

Business Owner

Christopher is an attorney licensed to practice law since 1992. Since jointly creating the firm of Whitcup & Kurczaba in 1996, Christopher has focused on providing practical, fair and responsive solutions to a multitude of immigration and business matters. Christopher is very involved in his local community having served as the President of the Polish American Congress — Illinois Division, and National Vice President of the Polish American Congress. Christopher was appointed as a Commissioner of the Illinois Student Assistance Commission and is a member of several Polish American based foundations and organizations. Currently, he is on the Board of Directors of the American Institute of Polish Culture in Miami.
