After graduating the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, Martin Osinski first entered the legal field as a law clerk at a powerhouse national litigation law firm in Chicago. Martin’s exposure to several high profile national matters fueled his interest in litigation and a year later he was enrolled at the John Marshall Law School.

While in law school, Martin had the distinction of representing the school in a national Moot Court competition in Cincinnati, Ohio where he presented an Appellate Brief in a product liability case.

Martin’s is a published author and his article entitled «Unlawful Visitation Interference: Criminal and Civil Penalties» has appeared in a Chicagoland newpaper. Martin is an avid speaker on the issue of Family Law and has spoken to numerous groups on family law topics, participated in a Family Law Continuing Legal Education Seminar and has conducted numerous radio interviews.
