I highly recommend Law First, which represented me in a real estate closing. My attorney worked diligently and tirelessly on a short sale that lasted several months, keeping everything moving along with regular follow-​ups to all the parties involved. Most importantly, she aggressively defended my interests until the last day — catching and correcting multiple errors in the closing documents, fighting off additional closing costs, and even knocking down some fees. Ultimately, I never had to worry because I knew my Law First attorney had my back.

Attorney Bawaney at Law First is trustworthy, sincere and diligent. I’ve had lawyers before and it’s really hard to find a lawyer who gives you 100%.
Attorney Bawaney was my real estate lawyer, and unlike other lawyers who just want to do nothing and show up at the closing to collect their checks, she was there with me throughout the entire process — from reviewing the initial contract, to reviewing the inspection reports, to negotiating with the seller and saving me thousands! I’m happy I found someone who put my interest as their #1 priority and will use Law First LLC again for Wills, Trusts and other real estate related matters.
