Steven M. Levin and John J. Perconti founded the Chicago personal injury firm of Levin & Perconti in 1992. Since our inception, we have established a national reputation for successful representation of catastrophically injured clients and the families of those wrongfully killed.

Over the years, Levin & Perconti has grown to employ seventeen attorneys representing over 150 years of litigation experience. We also have a veteran staff of legal assistants and case support personnel skilled in serving the needs of our clients.

Business Owner

Steven M. Levin is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of litigation experience. He has obtained a number of multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients in a personal injury and wrongful death cases, including birth injury, failure to diagnose cancer and workplace negligence. He has established a reputation as one of the country’s top litigators in the highly-​specialized area of nursing home abuse and neglect and has represented hundreds of nursing home residents who have been victimized by improper care.

John J. Perconti has devoted his career to the representation of injured victims in all types of wrongful death, personal injury and medical malpractice actions. He has extensive civil trial experience and has won verdicts and settlements in both state and federal courts. Having been involved in many complex medical malpractice cases, he has developed extensive medical knowledge and is extremely skilled at grasping the medical concepts of a case.
