Great spot for UIC students to study. You’ll mostly see health professionals here (med students, pharm students, PA/​Nursing), so most of the people know proper library attitude. Third floor has pin drop silence. I mostly go there to study, but I know there is a great collection of journals and medical textbooks there. They also have a lot of test prep materials for entrance exams.
You’ll have to be a UIC student to come in after 5pm.

Not sure if you MUST be a UIC student to go here but they definitely have one of the biggest selections of scientific journals I’ve seen and they date pretty far back. This library is an excellent resource and they have pretty good hours for studying.
