Lincoln Auto Clinic

I use to go many times to this auto repair shop. my last experience was the worst. tony (the owner) give me an estimate to fix a service engine soon light so I can pass the emission test. after I paid cash 500 $ he promise the car will be ready in 3 days. after 2 weeks and many phone calls the car was not ready (how many days he need to change an oxygen sensor???). he told me ‘I m to busy and you have to drive the car for 20 miles and then will be ready’. after doing that the car pass the emission test but the second day the engine light was on again, so I decide to take the car to other mechanic. the new mechanic told me they never change any parts and told me about the trick he was doing: drain the battery, reset the lights, drive the car for on hour and than you have few hours to pass the emission. after two weeks in the shop my car was a mess (no gas in the tank, they smoke inside, bags of fool all over). TONY (the owner) is a pathological liar. my advise is to stay away of this repair shop

A few weeks ago I had to take my car in for some over due repairs. I have to say that I had the best customer service experience that I have EVER had at a mechanic in my life. I was quoted a very fair price for an extensive amount of repairs that needed to be completed. The owner, Tony, is a real gem, he is diligent about the repairs and has a very kind disposition AND he is honest. There was no bullshit here and I greatly appreciate it. In life, you need a good lawyer, doctor, jeweler, and mechanic — Lincoln Auto Clinic is now my mechanic for life, I trust them there and would encourage you to do the same.
