«Ryan. my hero» So I think I am writing this review mostly for Ryan, then the jeans, then the price. Ryan — the most amazing sales associate ever! He helped me and my friend and the same time. He said I guarantee you I can find you jeans you both like. If you have the patience there is something for you. That’s a pretty tall order considering I have a tremendously hard time finding jeans. I am super curvy on the bottom. Jeans — so the hunt ensued. He brought out a few pairs of jeans. asked us how we felt. took a look at the picks. made some tweaks. and voila we both had a pair of jeans that looked pretty darn good! I purchased the jeans and Price — I almost gasped, LOL. Of course the jeans we bought were not the sales jeans. I had to weigh out the options. Considering I had purchased some winners a few weeks ago for half the price. I think I’ll take a few more twirls to see if they are keepers. They totally need some coupons. hence I had to take 1 star off!

Went to Lucky Brand this weekend and received great customer service. Ivan helped me found the perfect pair of jeans.

Usually I don’t write reviews for clothing stores, because I’ve never felt that strongly about them one way or the other. Lucky Brand at Northbridge Mall in Chicago is another story. My guy at Lucky is Eric. When my wife and I go in there, he seems to know exactly what we are looking for. We haven’t had a bad experience yet with Eric. We usually spend a lot when we go there, but everything always fits so perfect! So thanks Eric for helping me add to my wardrobe and subtract from my wallet!

I used to be a big fan… I bought two pairs of jeans recently and had BOTH of the zippers get completely stuck/broken in the down position(luckily both times it happened when I was at home and not out and about), but what the hell am I supposed to do with two pairs of jeans with broken zippers. I originally bought them at the Lucky outlet in Florida(which really only saved me like $ 30 or something) and despite the fact that they sell the exact same jeans in their stores the employees at this location were very unhelpful and told me I’d have to take them back to the outlet to see if I could get new ones. Two brand new pairs of jeans broken within a month… thanks for nothing!

One of the best shopping experiences I had! I had a very nice sales associate who only works on weekends help me and my bf out. She had slightly dark skin and was super nice. There should be more of her in a lot of other stores. I just wish I remembered her name. But she found me some cute items, and also helped the bf out which was awesome because it is hard to get him out of his rut. I didn’t buy any jeans but pretty much everything else. I love the clothes thank you!

I bought a pair of Sundown straight jeans about a year ago. I loved them and rarely wore and washed them because I spent a lot of money on them($ 126) and wanted them to be around for a long time. Within a few months, the jeans ripped under the left crotch area. I took them back to Lucky and they would only give me half of what I paid for them, even with the receipt. I then had them patched. Three months later, they wripped again in the same spot, but now to the point that they are unrepairable! I went to Lucky again and they said that it must have been the way I was washing or drying them! They are not willing to give me back half of what I paid any longer since they were patched or altered! I will most certainly NEVER buy a pair of Lucky Jeans again or anything from them for that matter!

Dear Lucky Brand Jeans, I fucking love you. I want to take you out to dinner. I want to buy you flowers. I think we should be best friends and soul mates and I wish you were just SLIGHTLY less expensive so I could afford you more often. Lucky Brand, you tease me with your perfection, the way you allow for people who have an ass(like myself) to fit into you. You mock me with your salespeople — who can take one look at a customer and decide what type of fit would look best on them. You make me crazy with the way the button fly has that little patch that says«Lucky you» — I don’t know who’s luckier… me for getting to wear them, or someone else for getting to take them off. Either way, it’s one hell of a come-on. In closing, I love you — but I really hate paying $ 100 to see you. You’re like the expensive hooker I never wanted but can’t seem to shake. Call me? — Stacey

The whole designer jean trend is so early 80s. At least this time, they fit a little better on women. On men, however, the stressed, patched look is ridiculous. I haven’t worn blue faded denim in 15 years and I don’t plan to start.
