I have worked with Aaron and Amy and several of their agents, recently. These guys are TOP NOTCH! They know the city – in and out– and can tell you MORE than the rental rate and availability. They can share with you the good restaurants and bars, best parts of the city, etc. I toured units with Tristen, who was EXCITED to share his city with me. He loves what he does, and it shows! I have to say this is the best experience I have ever had. I moved to Chicago about a year ago and called so many companies. From the second I talked to Amy Galvin I knew I didn’t need to make any other calls.
She is so professional and really cared about making sure I found the perfect place. Amy helped me get the greatest deal on an apartment (everyone in my building wonders how I have this price). My lease was up so I just reach out to Amy since she was so good the first time. After talking to her about my needs she called me back and told me to talk to my building and see what else I could rent. Who has ever heard of an agent that tells you not to rent something through them. She gave up a commission to do what was best for a customer!!!
There is no question if you want a professional experience that will be customized to your needs and make you feel so at ease you MUST CALL AMY!!!

Luxury Living made finding an apartment so easy. After spending countless hours researching online from CA, I decided to call Luxury Living. Aaron immediately called me back and asked numerous questions to get an idea of what I was looking for. I headed out to Chicago the following weekend and Julie had 7 places lined up. She picked us up right on time and was so helpful throughout the whole process. Not only did she have great places for me to see but she pointed out grocery stores, trains, etc. close to each building. I would highly recommend using this company if you are relocating and are unfamiliar with areas or just need someone to help arrange appointments at buildings to view. Attempted to use this company to find an apartment since they listed 100 of them on Craigslist. The number is to an answering service, not the actual company. They advised someone would call me in 20 minutes. 2 hours, 2 days… nothing. I finally called back a week later. Same answering service and they said they need all my information again. I asked what happened to it the first time? They looked and read off like 5 peoples names and number (so much for privacy) and finally said «oh yes here it is, no one called you?» Nope. «Okay let me get right on this and assign it to someone.»

Still waiting and already signed my lease to my apartment thanks to Craigslist.
