Lynam & Associates serves as legal counsel to small and midmarket, U.S. and international companies, nonprofit corporations, and entrepreneurs from offices in Chicago and Barrington, Illinois.

We deal with the full spectrum of legal problems of clients in creating, sustaining, and terminating corporations, partnerships, and other forms of business enterprises; trademark registration, maintenance, protection, and copyright; technology, including defense of internet intellectual property; business financing, and acquisition; advising business and institutional clients in employment law matters, including the design of employee programs and handbooks; and all aspects of insurance.

We also give tax advice on corporate, individual, estate, and partnership matters; represent individuals and businesses in proceedings before the IRS, including audits, appeals and U.S. Tax Court matters.

Business Owner

David Lynam is the principal attorney of Lynam & Associates. With over twenty years of professional experience and a graduate of Loyola University and the Hague Academy, he is experienced with a variety of forums. He is a past Roosevelt University Adjunct Instructor, lecturer, and the author of articles on real estate, taxation, and estate planning.
