1 star might be too high of a rating for this place. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out new patient forms and check in for my appointment. As soon as I arrive the receptionist tells me they are running behind 60 – 90 minutes so she asks me to leave and come back in an hour. (I have a terrible pain in my foot… hence being at the foot doctor… so no, I do not want to walk back to work just to turn around and come back again). She says my other option is to ask the two gentleman in the waiting room if I can go ahead of them. I’m thinking «she can’t be serious…» How unprofessional! I told her I would have appreciated a phone call giving me a heads up they were behind schedule — as it wouldn’t have been a big deal to just have come later. She claims it’s not her fault it’s the answering services fault for doing a poor job scheduling. OK, lady, whatever you say… I tell them to remove me from the schedule and I’ll find another doctor with better practice.
