I would never recommend this place to anyone ! My mother was in a car accident with some fairly simple repairs needed. State Farm referred her to this place, WHY, I have no clue. She had fender and bumper damage. They said they were pretty busy and her repairs shouldn’t take more than a couple days, but could be about 2 weeks because of their workload. Fair enough. When we called for an update almost 3 weeks later, they said painting would be Monday and pick up should be Wednesday. With calls back and forth, it wasn’t ready until Saturday. We go in at 9am sharp, and they are still washing the car and even putting on the side door stripes. When we look at the headlight and bumper, it was clearly uneven. This was just the beginning of another 2 weeks of my mother going back and forth due to the bumper not aligning correctly. First near the headlight, near the side where the fender meets, and then up top where the front bumper and hood meet. I went back with her 3 times and my other sister went with her 2 more times. At the end I felt as though they were rushing through the work, because at that point they were liable for her rental car since the insurance only covered it for 24 days. Yes, they had her car for almost a full month! The end result was her bumper finally fixed, she just received her car back a week ago, however it was very unprofessional and not very comforting to know they couldn’t put a bumper and fenders together. Not even her hood was damaged! The manager Carlos also was nice a guy but not much concerned with the fact that we were not happy. He kept assuring us that everything was under warranty. Yes, isn’t that how all car repairs shops are?
I hope to not have another incident with needed repairs but even if so, we definitely wouldn’t be coming back here.

These guys suck, period! I brought them my car a week ago because of the convenience of being nearby. What a freaking mistake! My car was brought to them because it was damaged when it was stolen. When I first brought them the car l, I waited half an hour because one of the guys was with am elderly lady chatting, while the other guy sat in his desk on the phone, never even looking at me or asking me if I needed help. I was patient not to say nothing this first time. My insurance calls me a little over a week later telling me that my vehicle is to be totaled and to pick up my personal items. I went to pick my items as instructed by my insurance company the following day, right before taking my son to his karate class. I waited once again for more than 20 minutes and without a simple «hello» or «we’ll be right with you»…I lost it! I firmly had to tell them, «do I really need to wait this long!?, all I need to do is retrieve my personal items!» The guy was on the phone for more than 15 minutes and after he was done, went and talked to another guy for another 10 minutes… without acknowledging me. After noticing I was frustrated, the Mexican office clerk finally told me, «you can go to the yard, the door should be open». I had to go into the yard alone and retrieve my items. I still had to hustle a Phillips screwdriver from one of the workers there for my plates. What horrible customer service these aholes have! I usually use GERBER or SERVICE KING because of their phenomenal customer service… lesson learned!

This is by far the best body repair shop in the city, possibly the nation. I’ve used this repair shop for over a decade. I have always been completely satisfied with their repairs. I’ve had every type of collision repair. From minor fender bender to near death crashes. The quality of the repair work is beyond compare. I recommend this shop to everyone I know or meet. May as well recommend it on line also.

Mayer’s collision did a fantastic job on my car repair and they even detailed inside and washed my car outside!!! I would recommend them!!!
