This is the worst McDonald’s ever! They never get your order right and the ice coffee tastes horrible! I have officially learned my lesson, NO more McDonald’s!!!

I’ve not had one good experience at this McDonald’s. The managers don’t speak English yet they have attitude and want to be sarcastic and they are clueless. The employees have no clue what they are doing either but who can blame them if the managers don’t either. The food is always cold or they get the order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I went thru DT and they didn’t know what to do with the McD’s app and how to punch it for the coffee. Then the manager Alex, continues to speak to me in Spanish even though I’m speaking English and she’s sarcastically telling me I have to buy 5 coffees at once to get a free one. I just wanted them to mark it as a punch for the purchase not get a free one. Get a clue. I don’t want anything free. Just get it right for once. I’ve learned my lesson and those who know me know I mean it when I say I will never go back. I’d rather go out of my way then deal with these idiots.

This McDonald’s will mess up a wet dream. They mess up my order every single time I go. And now there is a video with roaches at that location.

By far the worse McDonald’s to go to!!! Everytime i go here there’s always an issue with my order! Ughhhhhhhh. Either fries are cold! Drink is not filled up or they just forget to take my dam order becuz they open a double drive order taking!!! Tonite is by far my worse! I order my favorite mcrib and it came in a bun!!! WTF!!! My strawberry lemonade had no strawberries!!! After fixing my drink I double check the bag to find my mcrib in a bun WTF!!! They said oh they didn’t tell you when u ordered we ran out of the mcrib bread!!! Hell the F’n no geezzzzzzzzzz!!!

Fast and friendly drive-​thru service, good soda, good fries (just a bit over-​cooked) and such quality chicken nuggets — it’s as if they were made for Ronald himself! After swearing chicken nuggets off for a year, they just may have wiped the official «Black X» status off. This location has restored our faith in the chicken nugget. Hallelujah!

I’ve gone to this location a few times, each time giving them the benefit of the doubt but each time being disappointed. Yesterday was the 1^st time we dined in & it to was horrible! I’ve never been here where the wait wasnt ridiculously long & yesterday was no exception! We got breakfast items & they were not as hot as one would expect for the wait! Plus they were obviously slapped together! The orange juice was also gross! So I dumped it! And the dining room was covered in dust! Isn’t there a health code that states restaurants must be CLEAN???

This place has the worst staff ever!!! McDonald corp should get control of this restaurant. I have never saw a business allow it’s employees to act this way to customers. Every time I have been it’s been terrible service!!! I guess you can’t expect much from a McD employee, but civil social interaction is a minimum!!!

I’ve had plenty of issues with this establishment in terms of service & waiting.
After sitting for 2 minutes at the 2^nd window for drive thru, I was told to pull up and wait for 2 orders of fries.
I was like, «okay. Maybe they’re frying a new batch.»
4 minutes passed, I saw 3 customers/​cars behind me come and go.
When I got my order, fries weren’t salted, and wasn’t exactly as fresh as the wait should’ve been.
I literally come here as a last resort now. If I’m too hungry to go elsewhere.

You want to eat sad cow, come here. this place is f****** disgusting. I mean what do you expect from McDonalds people don’t understand they can barely speak a lick of English. They are rude they don’t know how to take down orders this place among pretty much every other McDonalds in Chicago is bad.

Wow can the service here get any bad. I’ve been standing in front of the counter waiting to order but the staff doesn’t even acknowledge me. I’m the only customer waiting in line. The staff is just talking in a group behind the counter. WOW!!!

GREAT McD’s! All-​time favorite now and only one I want to go to with the kids. The place was recently redone and everything looks beautiful! Granite countertops galore including over the trash bins! The employees were all friendly and professional. I’m so excited about this place! Not at all like a cheap fast food joint at all! Like they say — I’m lovin it!

This is what my life has come too… reviewing McDonald’s…not a fine dining restaurant!
The weather has been horrid this past week… couldn’t take the little one to Gymboree because they are closed for remodeling this week, the parks are out of the question, and I just didn’t have it in me to visit Chuck E. Cheese for the umpteenth time this month.
I took the little one to this particular McDonald’s because they had an indoor play area. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was somewhat clean, and that the play area only had 1 entry/​exit door so I didn’t have to be paranoid that he’d run out the other end. For once, I was able to sit down and relax while he played, and I actually was able to eat half of my Asian salad. which was definitely not as gross as I expected it to be. It was actually very tasty with red peppers, fresh lettuce, edamame peas, mandarin oranges, almonds, and grilled chicken. My son actually ate every Mcnugget which was a shock to me. The service was a bit slow there… but I think that it was because they had so many picky diners that night… go figure… why order a cheeseburger when you want everything held? Why not just order a piece of bread with cheese? Anyways. I haven’t been inside of a McDonald’s for years, and this was a nice welcome back.

Ewww. I guess alot of people have discovered that this is a great place to go when the weather is bad. Place was absolutely filthy today. What the heck is that gray schmuck around the outside of all the air holes? Place was jam packed today with kids and people who were way to huge to be playing inside the play area. There is a sign posted that clearly says that the area is for children under the age of 8. If you weigh more than 50lbs, I don’t care how old you are, you have got to go. If you’re 8 and you weigh 100lbs… you really shouldn’t be at McDonald’s. Tons of creepy looking caretakers. A few of them told me that they had been there for over 4 hours already. Yikes! I guess there are people who really take advantage of the word free. After my little one was body slammed one too many times, I had enough. There was also creepy guy that kept going inside the play area and I have a total paranoia that everyone is a possible child molester. I couldn’t tell what was going on inside the slides and play area, so I scooped up my little one and immediately ran for the doors. Buh bye, it was nice knowing you.
