I like coming through here when I stop off to pick up my mail just a short distance away because it has a Bank of America ATM which is convenient and small shops that people partake in before catching their trains out of the city. My only issue is that I give it four stars for having a nice setting where people can relax and take in the artesian kiosks that line the area, but their bathrooms are another story. They could be a bit cleaner and it’s unacceptable for them to be that dirty and smelly throughout the day I get it that it’s a public washroom, but they need to get better with attending to it through the day knowing it gets busy with passengers and people who patronize the eateries and the small tavern inside. Overall it’s a nice little spot to hang out at during the spring and summer months when the weather is nice. There’s parking, but you either park on the street or in the lot a half block down for a nice $ 15. It’s best to leave the car at home if you wan to enjoy a nice lunch or light shopping without worrying about going over your time.

Stopped here several times since my last review, the market here has great avocados and their produce is nicely affordable for the high rent district! A great choice for a healthy snack, meal or grocery stop on the run. They also have top notch desserts, cheeses, wines and much more!

OMGTHISISFANTASTIC! Want French food? The French market is HUGE and they all sorts of stuff. Crepes? Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Mexican? Polish? Dutch? Vietnamese? Korean? Fancy Artisan Cheese Sandiwches? French Chocolate? French Pastries? Raw Food? They have it all! It’s an awesome work/lunch destination because they have a great variety, it’s close to lots of businesses in the loop, and you can get in an out relatively quickly. They also have seating in the market if you care to actually leave your desk for more than 10 minutes. A great find for the neighborhood, and this will be my go-to destination for work lunches. I’m so glad I found the Metramarket!
