Business Owner

As someone who has been in the service field since 2001, Michael always makes customer service his first priority. With each transaction, he puts his listening skills to work so he can truly understand their individual needs.

Michael has been interested in real estate since he was small. Growing up in Chicago, he was always surrounded by beautiful properties. As he grew, he searched real estate websites to see what was happening in the market. Instantly drawn to the industry, he purchased his first property at the age of 24, his first project starting a decade of working in development.

After an illustrious career in healthcare, he decided it was finally time to pursue his dream, becoming a full-​time real estate broker. When he decided to join the Ian Schwartz Group at Coldwell Banker Lincoln Park Plaza office, he knew it was the right place to grow his business.
