History

Established in 2008.

I stated my career in Real Estate when I figured out that corporate world was not where I wanted my career to be. I began working with a top Realtor in Chicago to start learning the ins and outs of the business. After 3 successful years I ventured out to work by myself and start my own group. I was then offered the opportunity to join another successful Real Estate agent and form a Group with the idea of becoming the top Group in the city of Chicago. Now just a few of years into it we are in the top 1% of all agents in the city of Chicago!

I graduated Magna Cum Loude and near the top of my class at Robert Morris University. After college I took a finance job with a top company in Boston, MA. After a few years I realized that my passion is work for myself and be an entrepreneur. Moving back home to Chicago I immediately jumped in to Real Estate working along side a top agent for a number of years with the goal of acquiring the skills most beneficial for a successful career in Real Estate. Moving on now to team up with another top agent I continue to learn and become a better agent. In short, real estate is one of my true passions. I am available seven days a week via phone, email, or text messaging, and have experience handling nearly any type of residential property. Mike was really great through our whole process. I would say what stood out most to us is the speed and quality of his response to any questions that we had — no matter how small the questions were or what time of day or the week it was. Mike was extremely helpful in walking us through the entire process; he gave us an initial presentation to acquaint us with the real estate market (first time buyers), drove us to all the showings, helped immensely through the bidding process, and was right there to help with our closing. He is even helping us find a renter for our old place, which is one more way he’s gone above and beyond for us.

Mike was my agent when I bought my house one month ago. He is a great agent! As a first time home buyer, I know nothing about the process of buying a house. To buy a house you will need all kinds of knowledge, location, property tax, price compare, house structure, loan, law. I honestly know nothing about these. Mike helped me from the beginning, and explained everything clearly and easily.
I was always nice to work with him, he is very responsive to email, and never late on appointment. He also has a great team, which provide very competitive loan rate, good house inspection and law services.

Mike is a great agent. With his help, we recently closed on the sale of our condo in what many people would call a transitional area, and it required educating buyers on the potential and value in buying it. Mike was already knowledgeable of most of the development nearby and took the time to research anything he wasn’t already aware of, all to help the sale.
We also set a very firm minimum sale price, and despite receiving many offers under that amount, Mike was patient with us as we turned many down while insisting on getting what we wanted. Needless to say, we weren’t Mike’s easiest clients to deal with and the selling circumstances weren’t ideal, but Mike kept at it through well over 40 individual showings and numerous negotiations to get us our price. In the end, we’re extremely satisfied with our sale and look forward to working with Mike on the purchase of our next home.

Mike was fantastic to work with as first-​time homebuyers. My boyfriend and I really appreciated how quick Mike was to respond to anything we had questions about. We appreciated him meeting with us for coffee before we looked at places to help us understand the process and to get to know us a bit. Mike is a fantastic realtor for any first-​time home buyer (especially one that is new to the area!) He took the time to explain everything I would need to know about buying in Chicago — he broke down the pros and cons of each neighborhood I was interested in, explained the real estate market then & now, walked me through the process from start to finish, etc… I never had to ask a question because he was always one step ahead of me providing me with all the details I would need. He was patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He also uses electronic documents (docusign, dropbox, google docs) which makes it really easy to review/​sign from anywhere! Mike was always extremely responsive from day one, replying to emails minutes after I sent them, regardless of time of day. Another big plus of his group was that all documents were submitted electronically. I have no idea how many other realtors do this, but it was a huge time saver considering the number of offers we put in! He was also very patient with us considering we were looking for over a year and probably set the record for homes he’s taken clients to. He is a very personable guy who was easy to get along with yet still professional. We found Mike through Unilocal.He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and very easy to work with. He was very patient with us as it almost took an entire year for us to find a condo we fell in love with. We were first time buyers and very nervous about buying our first condo. He was very honest with us and advised us against buildings he knew were not good buying opportunities. My wife and I also have very tight work schedules… but Mike was always willing to meet us at any time of day… he always made himself available via phone, email, or in person and gave us prompt replies. He was very knowledgeable about every building we visited and would point out advantages and disadvantages of every property we visited. He always questioned what we liked and didn’t seem to mind when we visited dozens of properties, while always focusing on our needs.
We ended up finding a condo we fell in love with and Mike was with us every step of the way! We were so happy with how everything worked out and loved working with Mike. He helped make first time condo buying relatively painless as possible, and gave us a lot of advice and tips along the way. He respected our budget and always gave us realistic expectations, never being too pushy or impatient to make a quick sale. I would highly recommend mike to all of our friends and family. He recommended the lawyer as well as house inspection. We went with his recommendations, and it was a great decision.
