The only good thing about this place is that they do pick up the phone. I enquired about representation regarding ITIN holders for Foreign Nationals and they asked me to set up an appointment. The earliest was at least a week and when I got there I had to wait about 2 hours, so what was the appointment for? We went over a few things, Rocky asked me to get some answers and provide the required information, which was done the next day. I asked them to confirm receipt but I guess replying to my email was too much work.
Two months later I met with Rocky again and yes I had to wait another week. Same story, I got the answers right away and no email response. Called to get some answers and now its a different story… It’s pretty obvious they had no intention in helping and kept on giving me the run around instead.

Rocky is the best! Helped me on very short notice. Always friendly, upfront, and KNOWS his business! If you have had trouble with back taxes or just need advise this is where to go. Wait, walk in, make an appointment, do whatever it takes to get to see Rocky — he can be trusted and it is worth it.

There are papers everywhere! The place is a mess, but they always know how to find stuff without any delays. Look you don’t have to live there chances are you will spend an hour in there at the most. Don’t be scared they won’t lose your paper work, they never do!

Where do I begin. It’s midday Friday, the last business day before taxes are due and he took me in right way without an appointment. My family has been going here for years and he knows everything about the whole bunch (there are a lot of us). This guy keeps EVERYTHING, and knows exactly where it all is, and he knows every last detail about anything tax related. He’s a stickler about receipts and record keeping, and I’m happy about it because no one wants to deal with the «A» word (audit). He’s so so sweet, I just want to hug him! He definitely has a spot in my record-​keeping heart. I’ll never go anywhere else! Oh, and yes, he maximizes your refund. He finds any loophole that you’re eligible for.

First the «Cons»…and they’re minor in the larger picture:
*Place looks like something out of an episode of the TV show, Clean House or Hoarders. Boxes and paperwork piled e-​v-​e-​r-​y-​w-​h-​e-​r-​e!
*Appointments are useless, especially around tax time… I’ve shown up w/​an appointment and waited more than an hour and half… and I’ve shown up w/​o an appointment, and gotten right in?
The «Pros»:
Rocky (and his staff) know the tax code inside and out… backwards and forwards… up down… left right… and every other way.
Our situation involves multiple sources and types of income… tax liability in multiple states… asset depreciation and numerous deductible expenses. Rocky is knowledgeable and up-​to-​date on every bit of what we throw at him.
