The concept for Modern Tech Solutions was thought of in the summer of 2013. It was until a year later that it became a reality. Modern Tech Solutions was founded by Sergio Correa and Melvin Hernandez. Sergio and Melvin attended the same elementary, high school and junior college. Now they are co-​owners of Modern Tech Solutions and they are excited to work with Chicago to fix their electronics.

Sergio C was born in Morelia but was raised in Chicago. He attended Chicago Public Schools during his youth and recently he graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-​Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
