Antonio Sanchez is a 21 year old entrepreneur and professional MMA fighter born and raised in Chicago, IL. Despite coming from a relatively ordinary beginning, Antonio has now trained with the best ranked MMA fighters in the world as well the fought internationally and won.

Antonio brings a unique level of personalization to training that most trainers aren’t comfortable or able to achieve. Whether you work nights or have a terrible Dorito addiction, Antonio will make you achieve the look or performance you are aiming for.

Antonio is a fantastic trainer! We have been working together for 2 years now and I have seen remarkable development. He constantly challenges you to push yourself beyond what you thought you were capable of. He is flexible and customizes the workout to your own preferences /​interests. He doesn’t bark orders at you and creates a calm environment to focus on your workout.
I have and would recommend him to anyone!

Monster House is a place where you actually look forward to go to after a stressful day in the workplace. Antonio has worked with me on a one on one basis and in class and he has helped me reach a capacity that I didn’t know I was capable of ever reaching when it comes to being physically and mentally active. The workouts have helped me not only to lose weight, but also to tone up, which realistically I never thought that was possible for me. The nutritional guidelines that the staff at Monster House recommends me to follow has become second nature to me because of all of the encouragement I have received there. Great workouts and amazing results, couldn’t be happier!

Antonio is a great trainer and an awesome guy. He’s helped me gain muscle and keep fit in a controlled and responsible way. He got me in possibly the best shape of my life for my wedding and showed me how to maintain a proper and balanced nutrition regimen proportional to my size.
Plus the workouts are always something different so you never feel like you’re just doing the same motions every session. He can pack a lot of work into a session so you leave feeling accomplished but not wiped out. I’ve been training with him for almost two years now and it’s been a great ride thus far.
