Shijo was an excellent lawyer that helped us with our first home purchase. Shijo was patient and answered every single question we had about buying our house, and we had a million of them. Not only did he answer the questions, but he was patient, and explained everything in layman’s terms so that we could understand everything that was going on. As diligent as a lawyer can get. My group has had all sorts of closings, and there hasn’t been a curve ball that Shijo didn’t handle. He is always reachable, and has always put in his best effort, prioritizing our needs even when the work day is complete. He has caught discrepancies on our HUDs that have saved us a ton of money and his fee really pays for itself. We’ve bought dozens of properties with the help of Shijo, and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Shijo (my real estate lawyer) and his team (Sanju, the loan officer) were warm and welcoming from the first meet itself. Both were also easy going, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and very easy to understand. They were so quick to answer a lot of my questions as a first time homebuyer through a simple text or email.
Sanju tells u upfront all the costs and does a good job explaining the loan, mortgage, and closing process. Shijo did an excellent job of thoroughly analyzing my contract and reading over my condo association material. Both gave very helpful feedback.
